• Given how their search ends, why didn’t Luke and Lando ever look for Rey on Jakku? They knew the family had lived there before, and that was where they found her parents’ bodies, which makes it an obvious assumption that they had hidden Rey there before they died. And maybe Unkar Plutt would’ve kept her hidden from them or something, but the text doesn’t even imply that they checked there.
