  • It is Hornswoggle. He was a recurring wrestler at the time, and was competing in that year's Royal Rumble match. It's barely visible in the image, but you can see parts of his... beard... thing.
  • No. It's Edge.
• With the exception of Corre vs Nexus in 2011 why tag teams and even stables inevitably turn on each other at the first possible moment. Story wise it very rarely makes any sense when the obvious thing is for them to eliminate everybody else and fight against each other late. As for breaking them it's not like faces don't routinely hold off tag teams sometimes even winning in WWE, and after that the next guy to enter is immediately in an Enemy Mine team up with whoever is in the ring.
  • One of the things that's always made clear repeatedly about the Royal Rumble is how it's an "Every Man For Himself" match. Sure, alliances can be made and stables and tag teams can work together, but when a nearly guaranteed ticket to WrestleMania is on the line, the rule of the game becomes "win by any means necessary, up to and including backstabbing (or back-eliminating) your friends." This was displayed perfectly in the 2018 Royal Rumble, where, after the two of them working together to eliminate The Miz, Roman Reigns eliminates Seth Rollins when the latter lets his guard down. Rollins just has an understanding grin on his face: They both knew full well that Rollins would have done the same thing if the roles were reversed.
• Who booked Men's Royal Rumble in 2022? How is it possible that Brock Lesnar was able to enter the Rumble AFTER competing in a Championship match he just lost the belt to Bobby Lashley without a build-up, let alone having no biold as to why and WINNING it? To make things worse, who thought having the last 5 people in the Men's Rumble include Shane McMahon and Bad Bunny?^note If it's any consolation Shane got shitcanned the next night for this disaster.
  • Shane did, that's the entire reason he lasted as long as he did. And why he got fired.
