Headscratchers for the Puyo Puyo series.
- Possessed Klug's back story, it's incomplete and we don't even know what he's like at full power, or even what he looks like.
- Sig's Secret drops a hint at how the original demon might have looked like - when Sig's demonic power is out of control, he ends up having both eyes and with purplish-blue hair.
- What creature Lidelle actually is?
- Schezo calls her an Imp in 15th but that is the only hint we get to her species.
- How exactly do skeletons drink tea?
- With their mouths?
- Arle complains about this in Puyo Puyo Box, complaining that all Skeleton-T is really doing is spilling the tea all over the floor.
- Why Ringo is only scared of ghosts, but not other mythical creatures like a fish with arms and legs (Suketoudara), angel-like creatures (Harpy), mermaids (Serilly), and even a literal demon king from hell (Dark Prince)?
- Maybe she had a traumatic experience with ghosts?
- I read somewhere that it was because her grandmother used to tell her really scary ghost stories. Perhaps that plays a role.
- Would YOU be scared of dancing-obsessed fish, cutesy angel, lovestruck goofball devil, or the mermaid who is literally afraid everyone is gonna eat her? Ghosts might in some context be legit dangerous, but those other people are clearly no threat to anyone (except Dark Prince, but he's likely only to come after you if you get between him and Arle).
- If Tee and the crew consider the Puyo Puyo world to be alien, then what does their homeworld look like?
- We actually see some T tetrimino shaped landmasses in the background of 10-6. It's possible that this is it. However in Puyo Puyo Tetris 2 some discussion on the S.S. Tetra can be taken to believe that the crew might not have a homeworld.
- If the Keeper is not supposed to leave the edge of spacetime; why did Ex kidnap Tee and O to reunite them with Ringo? Why was Ex later encountered in the constellation zone?
- The Keeper's job is mostly to keep space-time stable. It's not too big a stretch to say he saw getting people on the job to stop Dimensional Parasite as more important, given that the worlds were being actively forced together, and I doubt he would have let that happen in the first place if he could have stopped it. As for him being in the Constellation Zone, I'm pretty sure it's a retcon regarding how the Edge looks rather than him actually being in the Constellation Zone, given that the old background is used for the "training grounds" where the crew help Marle get her memories back.
- Unlikely that it's a retcon, as the crew namedrops the constellation zone quite a few times, and it also appears in Tetris as a completely different area. The constellation zone is the area that the Tetra crew monitors, so it is not the same as the edge of spacetime.

- While it might grow from magic, it is notable that from behind, his hair actually blends into the back of his clothes, meaning that it might be long always but just tucked into his clothes for convenience and magic use forces his hair out into the open.
- What's the purpose of the gate in chapter 7 of Tetris? Is there any reason for it to be there or is it just a design choice?
- While it's directly stated in Puyo Puyo Fever 2 that Primp Magic School has several classes per grade and that Raffina and Lidelle are actually in a different homeroom from Amitie, Sig and Klug, we never see any other classrooms or teachers other than Miss Accord, who appears to be teaching both homerooms in Fever 2. Furthermore, Raffina is called Amitie and Klug's "classmate" on several occasions, despite not being in the same homeroom as them. How does this work?
- Why didn't Ess go help find the Edge of Spacetime in Tetris 2? If it's her job on the ship as navigator, why did Tee help the girls instead? Is it because he wanted her to help entertain the rest of the group on the S.S. Tetra, or because she's not that good at it and only given the position thanks to being related to Ex?
- If there'll ever be a Puyo Puyo Tetris 3, will there be a way to remember who they are and that they will see each other from time to time.
