• Did Steff have a crush on Andie, or does he bully her for being poor?

- I think it’s more or less both, but in my opinion, it leans more towards the former. In the end when Blaine confronts Steff over his stuck-up ways, he says that “he couldn’t buy her”, which means he couldn’t possibly hook up with her because she found him repulsive and perverted. And I think he just uses her poor status as an excuse to give her grief as a way to compensate over his failure of getting her.
