- He mentioned he'd lost his phone. She must have stolen it when they met up on Day 4.
- Indeed, if you look closely at the email allegedly sent from Harrison's phone, you'll find that the email was sent around 2 AM on the 17th, the time around which Harrison might have lost his phone, and several days after Nina received it, indicating that Juliet stole the phone and wrote the email, hoping to trip up the Investigator who she knew was watching.
