Headscratchers / Nekomew's Potty Trouble

• What caused the fire? Was it simply faulty wiring? An accident? Lighting strike? Or was it deliberate arson?
• Is Nekomew's mom really using black magic in an attempt to get back her son by scarring him into ruining himself so she and his sister could find him? Or is it a metaphor?
• Why doesn't Nekomew just wet his bed? He's four so it's not like it'd be a big problem.
  • Because there wouldn't be much of a game if that happened, I'm sure that hooded kitten would've got him in his own bedroom if she was really somehow finding him as soon as he does that.
  • Because then, he'd be lying in his own urine, which nobody wants.
• Why does the window make the pee meter rise quicker? There's nothing that would jump in through the window...
