Headscratchers / Muppets from Space

• In regards to Rizzo's (really good) poker hand going up in flames, how does that equate to Pepe winning? Couldn't they have just thumbed through the deck and seen that all of the aces were missing?

• What exactly are the Muppets doing in this movie? They're not making a show, they just all live in a house together. Even Statler and Waldorf!
  • Muppets have downtime too y'know.
  • At the beginning of the film, Robin asks Kermit what he's planning on doing on vacation. So, while Piggy is trying to branch out (because she always does, yet always comes back to the Muppets in the end), and Gonzo was supposed to do a Bar Mitzvah gig (which he pawned off on the Electric Mayhem), it seems that they're just on vacation.
