- In Ordinary Routine, Frank and Salieri explicitly say that while their clients still need to pay up, do NOT break legs like Morello's boys. Yet your second stop is in Chinatown, and Paulie goes in alone and bashes the owner's head against the counter (he mentions he did that to the guy's uncle a few years back). How has Salieri not caught wind of that?
- A Occam's Razor solution is that the fact he's an ethnic minority means that Salieri is unlikely to care. Salieri has deniability in that case that he didn't order it but also probably only meant avoiding shaking down Italian Americans with violence. Sam and Paulie speak of a similar bit of abuse they delivered to a likely Jewish tailor.
- In The Saint and the Sinner, the mission objectives clearly state to kill Johnny, who you can put down by any means possible. Yet Johnny emerges somehow thanks to Plot Armor. How was he able to walk away from it despite the player giving him a severe case of lead poisoning?
- Gameplay and Story Segregation or Johnny is just Made of Iron like the player character can be.
