  • In One of Us, they had a virus in their bionic chips that would cause them to self destruct. Why didn't they just... remove their chips?
    • They panicked and didn't think of it. How many times have you forgotten the easy solution in a stressful situation? Either that, or they thought it would take too long. I don't know if we've ever gotten a full count on how many Bionic Soldiers there were, but I remember there being a mention of an S-30, so there's at least that many.
  • If we assume the bionic soldiers are named after the order they were created in, and we've seen S-1 and S-3, what happened to S-2?
  • There seems to be a trend of the characters underusing their bionics at times, quite frequently.
    • Chase: He claims he's the smartest human on the planet, yet seems to find himself in situations that could've been avoided if he was just...you know...thought about it? Does he just turn his smarts off when he doesn't need them?
      • You'd think somebody with extremely high intelligence would almost never get into as many immature squabbles as Chase usually does, yet this is the trigger of a good chunk of episode plots.
    • Adam: Most of Adam's cases could just be whittled down to him being Too Dumb To Live, and he probably has the least amount of these moments considering most of the time he fully utilizes his strength when needed.
    • Bree: Arguably the biggest offender, there were many opportunities for her to utilize her incredible speed to just straight up shorten conflict.
      • Why does Bree occasionally settle for fighting with CQC rather than just running circles around her opponent, or at least incorporating her speed into her combat style? E.g. Her short combat sequence with Marcus in Bionic Showdown, and her fight with S1 in You Posted What!?!.
      • In Left Behind, why couldn't Bree just backtrack their steps to search for Spin and Bob? With her speed, this could've been done in a matter of seconds. Furthermore, why did the trio return to the island before looking for them, just to tell Leo to keep stalling??
      • Also, it's baffling why they would physically go back to the island to inform Leo instead of calling him. It would be viable to sum this up to the characters possibly not having their cell phones on them for some reason...until they whip one out later to speak to Leo a second time.
    • Marcus, who has all three bionics:
      • Marcus clearly noticed the building collapsing above him in the finale of Bionic Showdown, so why didn't he use his super speed to move out of the way?
    • In Elite Force:
      • In Power Play, Bree complains about the excruciatingly lengthy elevator ride because Kaz pushed all the buttons. Is it too difficult for her just take the stairs in a flash?
      • In The List, Crossbow is held at gunpoint (basically) in front of the Elite Force as Roman threatens to kill her if they don't give over Riker and the list of superheroes. But both Bree and Skyler have super speed, so why couldn't they do something like rush over to Roman and disarm him in the blink of an eye? This is made even worse when Bree runs back to the penthouse and returns with Riker and the list in literally less than a second.
      • In the same episode, Skylar fails to use her super speed in her fight with Roman which would've given her a much bigger edge, though this could be excused to her still not used to having her powers back.
      • Not related to bionics, but in The Intruder, if Chase and Douglass were too afraid of AJ knowing their secret, why couldn't they try using that memory-erasure device they have?
