Where was Capitol Pictures' cartoon division?
- Off the lot presumably. Not every studio actually released cartoons (Republic only turned out five total in its lifetime). Those that did, the cartoon studio was located elsewhere (Warner Bros.) or a separate entity with the studio basically as distributor (Walter Lantz for Universal, Terrytoons for 20th Century Fox). And apart from that, for plot purposes, the studio fixer wouldn't really be involved with the cartoons anyway.
