- The punishment for getting caught with graffiti is to burn off the criminal's fingerprints and therefore make it impossible to access any networks or make any transactions, effectively making them an Un-person. So what do law-abiding people without fingers do?
- Two possibilities: One, they are given prosthetic fingers. Two, the society is just terrible to disable people and shuts them out of a good life. Would it really be that surprising?
