  • In episode 11, what did they even want with Yuu? If they wanted to kill him, why would they slash his eye instead of stabbing or shooting him? If they wanted to capture him, why would they slash his eye instead of sedating him? If they wanted him to join their team because he was the most powerful wielder, why would they slash his eye and therefore deliberately make him less useful to them? There seems no logic to these actions other than the writer needing to get rid of this superpower immediately.
  • Both the 'possession' ability and the time-leap ability are eye-based. We focus in on Yuu's eye during the opening credits as if it is the focal point of his power. And Shunsuke doesn't lose his time-leaping ability until he goes completely blind. So why does losing a single eye destroy one power but not the other? Worse, how did everyone apparently know and expect this to be the case? The syndicate was supposedly directly targeting one eye in order to disable time-leaping, despite having no reason to think that this would work, and no one even questions whether Yuu can still Plunder with one eye missing.
  • In one of the last episodes, Yuu encounters a girl with healing powers while on his mission, so why didn’t he try to heal his eye to time travel again? It’s not like time travel has some sort of karma consequence to it.
