- How was Jane Doe able to cache a laptop computer with an internet connection for ten years? That's a lot harder than hiding a contraband SD card.
- Why would an alien race which outlawed Christianity approve an anthem that re-appropriates a hymn and it still uses "Halleluiah" ("God be praised") so many times?
- As long as people don't know the religious connotations of the word and just think it means "hooray" in a general sense, they probably don't care about its literal meaning. The movie goes out of its way to emphasize that the lyrics have been changed from "mine eyes have seen the glory of the coming of the Lord" to "mine eyes have seen the glory of the coming of the light", so they're definitely willing to Orwellian Retcon song lyrics if they disapprove of them.
