Headscratchers / Borat Subsequent Moviefilm

• How does filming work in this movie? I get that there are a lot of static cameras stashed in hidden locations. But some shots look like they're filmed by cameramen with a small touch of Shaky Cam. However, you get the sense that in kayfabe this is not meant to be a documentary film (unlike it's predecessor), but just a kind of cinematic account of Borat's mission to America, with hardly any (or any at all) scenes meant to indicate "Borat brought his camera crew to film with him". Indeed, you get the sense that there's no way he could have fooled some of the participants if there were cameramen explicitly filming them. So did Sacha Baron Cohen just have people with disguised bodycams going undercover as bystanders, or what?

• When the box came with the monkey, when the box was opened, and there was Borat's daughter. You can see the corpse of the monkey. My question is - is this a real corpse or a fake one?
  • Probably fake, a real one would be a public health (and animal rights...) nightmare.
