  • So in the vampire reality, why is Huntress Wizard a human? The Farmworld and genderswap versions of her are human due to the former being in a world where humans never went to near-extinction and the latter is an effect of the magic being drained from Simon's mind, but why still a human in the vampire reality (where humans still had the same fate as the main timeline, only now with the added threat of vampires)?
    • Despite the Mushroom War happening, magic in Vampire Ooo isn't as powerful or common as in the main universe. Many being there could have been incarnated into human forms.
  • What happened to the other non-living beings in the dead world? BMO is treated as being the only one left, even though characters like NEPTR, the Gumball Guardians, and the MOs would presumably still be around.
    • It's possible that they were destroyed somehow. Or that they abandoned the planet altogether.
    • Neptr and the Gumball Guardians were built as machines and then brought to life using magic, which made them relatively more "alive" than BMO's purely technological artificial intelligence. That would make them likely to have been affected by the wish along with everyone else. As for the other MOs, BMO didn't know of their existence yet at that point in the timeline so it's likely they're all still living in the factory. It's debatable how much of Moe is alive ("My skin's human!"), so it's possible he's still active as a robot with an uploaded consciousness after his human skin suddenly disintegrated. That being said, Minerva's uploaded consciousness would still be active as well after watching all of her people suddenly drop dead.
    • That raises concerns about whether AMO still made it home and carried out his plan after Moe's body "conked out", in which case all of the other MOs are horrifically conglomerated together into a giant immobile but still aware cube at the bottom of a pit. Without BMO coming to help them, they're likely going to stay that way forever as possibly the only conscious being left on the planet besides Minerva.
  • So either the magic flower of Fionnaworld or GOLBetty's power ended up linking Fionnaworld to the rest of the multiverse. Which means linking an unauthorised universe is possible, and by mundane (or as much mundane as magical fantasy gets) methods. With that in mind, why couldn't Prismo just use his power to link it up? Why couldn't Fionna or Cake wish their world was linked?
    • We know Prismo isn't 100% omnipotent (he can't bring Betty to Simon for example). Maybe wishes like that are out of his capabilities or forbidden by his boss
    • The problem wasn't that Prismo couldn't make a canon universe, since he does that all the time. The problem was that he isn't allowed to be making his own universes for fun, so he had to unlink and hide it. He probably also can't grant a wish from an unauthorized being that he created, since that'd be too easy of a Loophole Abuse. However, there's no laws stopping GOLB from granting a wish from one of Prismo's creations, probably because prior to recently it was a God of Chaos that wasn't interested in doing anything helpful.
  • So, why did the Ice Queen in Fionnaworld still... look like Ice Queen? While not being a Simon variant (according to the comics), she was still corrupted by her tiara, much like Simon. Wouldn't she become a human version of her pre-Ice Queen form without the magic tiara?
    • Considering the entire Fionna-verse was initially a fanfic made by Prismo, it’s possible he just didn’t include that aspect of the Ice King/Queen’s backstory. The entire universe was created for his own enjoyment after all, so Prismo would not have been required to include ironic twists or monkey’s paws like his usual wishes presumably. If Prismo just wanted his own secret universe to write some fun stories of adventures, he may very well have just not included the darker aspects of Ooo into it.
  • Did Jay abandon his family when moving to Fionnaworld with Little Destiny?
  • Based on the Freeze-Frame Bonus, the Lich's wish didn't just kill everything, it also deleted all organic matter, leaving just skeletons. With that in mind, why wasn't Billy's skin also deleted?
    • Because the Lich returned to Ooo after the wish did its work.
      • So by that logic where are Finn and Jake? They're implied to be gone too but by that same principle they should be alive.
      • Original Finn's wish sent him to the Farmworld timeline and caused him to 'become' Farmworld Finn. Jake's wish sent him to an alternate timeline identical to the original where he was then sent home with an alternate unchanged Finn. It's implied that the Extinct timeline is the Original timeline that Finn and Jake left behind for their respective new realities.
  • Why exactly is GOLBetty incapable of speech? She's intelligent, she has a mouth, as GOLB she has basically every magic trick in the book, etc. What stops her?
    • My best guess is that Betty is normally just as much of an Almighty Idiot as GOLB was. It's just that her love for Simon briefly brought her back to a sort of semi-lucidity.
    • Given GOLB's incomprehensible biology, it's possible that any attempt to speak in the vicinity of a mortal would be incomprehensible if not deadly. So it makes sense that she would instead choose to communicate with Simon through psychic links and mental projections. If the Lich was the only other person in the room she may have had something to say about his actions, if only to add to the effect of his punishment.
  • So what was the deal with Fionna and Cake's Anti-Magic? Did the creators forget to answer that in the finale or something?
    • The Anti-Magic was heavily implied to be a result of two things: them coming from an unregistered/unauthorized universe, and said universe being stored in Simon's non-magical head. Once their universe is no longer in Simon's head, and fully authorized, the issue is resolved.
  • Was the Finn and Jake adventure Prismo was watching of the past or a world where Jake's still alive?
    • The past, most likely. Prismo formed a bond with the main timeline's Jake, so it's not like he'd get much emotionally out of watching what would basically be a stranger.
      • It could have been a form of escapism. A way of pretending his Jake is still alive even if just for a moment.
