• How has Bruce gotten away with all of murders we see and those he implies he's already committed? His MO is slashing women's throats while they're lying on top of him. That just about the messiest and most self-incriminating way to kill someone there is.
• Why does Meredith's friend simply say that Kate "disappeared"? Did he remove all traces of that enormous pool of blood in the center of her living room, and all the rest of the blood that must have dripped everywhere getting her body into his trunk? If Bruce didn't actually clean up the crime scene, and Meredith's friend only said that Kate disappeared because no one found her body, then why did Bruce bother to take Kate's body with him? That just increases his risk of getting caught. His MO doesn't seem to hold any particular reverence to the act of collecting his victims' corpses.
• How does Meredith manage to fool Bruce into believing she's dead and also survive? She would be rapidly bleeding out during all that time she's playing dead, which would significantly weakened her and also alerted Bruce to the fact that her heart's still beating, unlike all the other women he'd killed the same way.
