  • Ali tends to steal other people's boyfriends for their wealth but she dumps them when they turn out to be not rich or their income decreases. She eventually stole Helen's boyfriend from her due to his wealth and married him. However, Ali's in-laws turn out to be cruel towards her for giving birth to a girl while they wanted a boy from her to succeed the family's business, Helen attempts to convince her to divorce her husband but she refuses to do it because he's rich.
  • Phil cheated on his wife Nadine, with a younger girl named Amelia. Amelia admitted to Nadine that she dated Phil for his apparent wealth and the prospect of living a rich lifestyle, but Nadine revealed to Amelia that Phil has no assets and that it's all in her name. Amelia dumped Phil and blocked him after that.
  • Erin stole Susan's boyfriend, Mike, and became pregnant with his child to spite her as he made lots of money. However, Susan revealed she was going to dump Mike anyway; he was a cheater and even cheated on his current wife. After Erin gave birth, Mike acknowledged his fatherhood of the baby and provided alimony for her, but Erin decided to leave her baby with her parents and tried to live off the alimony, causing them to kick her out of the house.

When a fed-up Aaron asked her the alleged younger brother's name, she said it was Alex. He puts two and two together and reveals it's his sister Alexis. After finding out for herself, she tried to get back with Aaron by setting up a date at a hotel; she thought he was the CEO of an architectural firm, but he rejects her and reveals he's married to the CEO's daughter.
  • Christina demanded John her and her daughter's share of the inheritance money after his father died, despite the man wanting her out of their life because of her cheating. It turns out Christina went on a reckless spending spree after her boyfriend, Rob, got hospitalized for three months. Moreover, she did this thinking he was dying and hoped to receive his life insurance money, but Rob recovered from his sickness and she ended up to her neck in debt. However, John revealed she was cut off the inheritance because they divorced and shut down her attempts to get back with him as he was married. When she tried to get back with Rob, he was already married as well. Moreover, it was the old man who dumped her as he was a notorious womanizer for his age.
  • Pam turned down Matt's marriage proposal because his annual income was lower than her brother Carl's. Three years later, she tries to get back with him after finding out Carl was marrying his older sister Michele. However, Matt isn't having any of it and reminds Pam she blocked him after rejecting his proposal. Moreover, he called her out for harassing Michele days before their marriage. When Pam repeatedly denied what she did, Matt revealed they had security cameras all over the place; she eventually admitted to being obsessed with Carl.
  • Jane cheated on Harold with a rich old man since he told her to wait two years before marrying her as he put things in order. But several years later, she tried to get back with him after dumping the old man as he became too ugly and smelly to her liking and Harold's company became successful and known in the news. However, Harold isn't having any of Jane's hogwash and reveals he's married.
  • Allison only dated Mark for his money and dumped him after finding out he lived in a shack with his whole family and he wasn't into gourmet foods. However, she tries to get back with him after finding out he is going to take over his father's company and he's going to marry Audrey. Allison tried to convince him that Audrey is also a gold digger, but he isn't having any of it and reveals she has her own money.
  • Laura divorced her husband to marry a rich guy she met back in high school, named Michael, whose wife died moments ago. Moreover, she also runs off with the family's savings to pay the divorce settlement and even steals Iris' piggy bank. Two years later, Iris goes to Michael's mansion and finds out her former mother lied to him and his folks that she is a widow harassed by her in-laws until they kicked her out, on top of being childless. In response, Iris has her exposed to Michael's family and forces her to pay her dad the divorce settlement. Eventually, Michael fronted the settlement for Laura and sent her to work at a farm afterward.
  • Caroline stole Susan's rich fiancé, Andrew, and announced her wedding ceremony one year later and invited her to twist the knife even further. However, no one except their parents and grandparents attended because she was notorious for stealing other girls' boyfriends and didn't want to associate with her. Moreover, Susan revealed that Andrew was a reckless overspender and the money he spent on Caroline's frivolities was the remainder of his lottery prize. After the wedding, Caroline had to work at a store to make ends meet only to get fired and divorced because she had an affair with the store manager.
  • Rachel cheats on her husband, Ross, with his brother because the latter was richer than him. When he demands a divorce, she obliges without any resistance and agrees to pay him compensation thinking her new husband will pay it for her. The next day, she tried to withdraw Ross' severance pay to no avail, he revealed he changed his bank account and was now working at his father's company as the next CEO; his brother was disowned for the affair and became penniless. Rachel tried to get back with him but it was too late.
  • Caroline, Marge's mom, divorced her husband, Brian, to leech off of the child support money while lying to her about him being a deadbeat, cheating dad who refused to give her child support; she planned to have Marge slave away working after graduating high school to provide extra money for her lifestyle. When Marge found out the truth about the situation, she rebelled and moved in with her dad.

Moreover, the affair was going on five years ago, right after they married. Four years later, Narumi contacts Haruyoshi again; she finds out too late that Mr. Takei's mother was extremely abusive towards her and chewed her out for not birthing a baby boy. She tried to get back with Haruyoshi after he became successful only to reveal he was married with kids. Furthermore, Mr. Takei's company was in trouble after Mr. Tsuda started his own and it was about to acquire the former's company. Even when Mr. Takei cleaned up his act, Narumi left him and her two daughters to find herself another rich man to no avail.
  • Sarah was drunk and mistakenly messaged her husband, Don, when trying to contact her lover, whom she called "Marky". She then proceeded to trash-talk Don's appearance to "Marky" and revealed she refused to divorce him because he made good money. Moreover, Don gathered evidence of her affair in case she tried to delete it before running from home and telling everyone about her affair with "Marky," aka Mark Sullivan. When he decides to divorce her, she gloats that her precious "Marky" will marry her and pay the compensation, only for Don to crush her hopes by revealing he ran away too; he didn't even love her and willingly paid Don compensation. Realizing she's screwed, Sarah uselessly tried to talk him out of divorcing her and has no choice but to slave away working to pay the compensation.
  • Miranda abandoned and divorced her husband, Derrick, after he became paraplegic from a car accident because she didn't want to become poor taking care of a disabled man. Three years later, she keeps mocking him over being disabled and gloating about how she is going to marry her new rich fiancé, Andrew Sutton. However, her hopes come crashing down when not only Derrick reveals he is the CEO, but Andrew was a bottom-level employee of his and a liar who hides under Chinese knockoffs of expensive suits and briefcases. Moreover, it turns out Miranda withdrew all of her parents' money from her bank account before disappearing. After finding out her parents will force her to pay them back all the money she squandered, she tries to get back with Derrick, but he won't have any of her lies and dismisses her.
