In General

• If it's not happening in a lethal situation, some the reactions the playable characters have to getting hurt are pretty funny:
  • ToeJam or Earl will be Squashed Flat if one player falls on top of the other, either by falling one level or using the Togetherness present.
  • In the first game, ToeJam screams "Youch!" in a high-pitched voice.
  • Getting kicked in the shins by the little girl debuting in the second game.
    • If playing as ToeJam in the third game, he will shout, "Hey, you little brat!"
  • Stunned and seeing spots from the photographer's flash in the second game.

ToeJam & Earl

• Many of the conversations ToeJam and Earl have in the elevator.
  ToeJam: Move over, Earl. (Beat) No, the other way!!
  
  Earl: It's dark. I'm scared.
  ToeJam: Get a clue, Earl!
  
  ToeJam: Stop writing on the walls.
  Earl: OK, I'm sorry.
  
  ToeJam: What's that smell?
  Earl: Wasn't me.
  
  Earl: Oops!
  ToeJam: Oh, get a belt, Earl!
  
  Earl: What Does This Button Do?
  ToeJam: EARL!!!
• The crazed shopper screaming "SHUT UP!!" to her child.
• If both characters are on the screen and one sneezes, the other will say "Gesundheit."
• If ToeJam gets hit with Cupid's arrow, he will in a two-player game confess his love to Earl.
• Anytime a Chicken Infantry kills another Earthling.
• Some of the Earthlings' dances when you use the boombox present. The Boogeyman, the Wise Carrot, the Wizard and the Mole are honorable mentions.
• After you beat the game playing as ToeJam and Earl.
  Earl: Can I drive?
  ToeJam: No!
• At the end, one of the Funkotronians says "Hey, where's my money??"
  • Another tells Earl to get a belt.
• Earl attempting to look as smooth as possible in the intro while ToeJam explains that the only reason they're stranded on Earth is because Earl is a terrible driver.
  Earl: Problem :D

ToeJam & Earl: Panic on Funkotron

• The second game has "Lil Kid Mode" where ToeJam and Earl can never die. This means the tires, bowling balls and trash cans that fall out of trees and bushes will never kill them no matter how many times those objects bounce off their heads.
• Pleading with the Funkopotamus to come out.
  "Please?" "No." [repeats fifteen times]
• The Funkotronian neighbors' reactions when you keep ringing their doorbells.
• Old Otis' cure for hiccups. Walk up to someone who has it and say "Frigglefritz". ToeJam and Earl reluctantly try it on Peabo and it works.
• Both times you ring Jerome's doorbell. Jerome will ask if you're there to fix his toilet.

ToeJam & Earl: Mission to Earth

• One of the voice bytes the cheerleader says is: "My mom says she thinks you're my daddy and you owe us some money."
• Latisha's dialogue if playing a co-op with her and ToeJam. One such bit has her making fun of his lack of mouth by telling him he lacks a brain, too.
• The Xbox live character calling ToeJam "red string bean".
• This line from the dentist: "Hey! How about a free root canal?"

ToeJam & Earl: Back in the Groove

• You can slap your teammate(s) to snap them out of Cupid's love effect.
  Manual: Press the action button to slap your homie when they are in love. We don't have time for that
• After you beat the game, there's a hidden area where you can talk to Santa, who asks if you've been naughty or nice this year. No matter which option you pick, your character eventually says they've been "suuuuuper nice this year. Like, disgustingly nice."
• This commercial showcases ToeJam's failed attempt to make the game a musical.
• Any time the elevator starts playing elevator music is hilarious, especially in co-op where the characters think the Earthlings are trying to hypnotize them with it.
• One piece of co-op elevator dialogue has a character having a Potty Failure and everyone else screaming.
• One of the developers' test videos has Flo suddenly giant-sized and pushing every enemy in her way into the water.
