- Toomey mocking Laurel when she tells him he's scaring Dinah. Not only does he shout this line but his voice crack at the end really sells it.Toomey: SCARING THE LITTLE GIRL?!
- Also, Pinchot milks the hallucination scene where he confesses his actions for all the hilarity it's worth. "I lost...Fourty Three MILLLLLIIIION DOLLLAAAAARS! AND I DID IT DELIBERATELY!"
- One of the Langoliers pulls up aside the plane's window with the express intent of frightening one of the passengers. It even snaps its jaws quickly twice for dramatic effect.
- Then the passenger (Bethany) slams the shade down and in the toughest voice she can muster tells Albert, sitting beside her, "Don't you DARE open that!"
- Another one while they're trying to take off, Captain Engle shouts "GET OUTTA HERE!" at two Langoliers that pull up to the plane's windshield as if they're flies or rodents. The kicker? They actually do buzz off.
