Really, all of the game's dialogue would be on this page, but to be specific...

• The three difficulty levels: "Bitch", "Agent", and "Motherf***er".
• The first spoken line in the game.
  Isaac: (punch) Wassup, motherfucker?
  G: (rubs his jaw) The fuck was that for?
• "You ever gonna tell anyone what that fuckin' 'G' stands for?"
  • "No."
• The door opens up to a staircase, and a severed head rolls down it...
  Isaac: Shit, man! That ain't right!
• Just before the elevator leading to the basement falls down...
  G: We should've taken the stairs.
• After the boss fight with a mutant Jasper, G offers to put an end to his suffering. What should've been a heart-wrenching moment ends up being pure hilarity instead thanks to Isaac's sheer tactlessness.
  Jasper: It...hurts...so...much...
  G: I can help ease the pain.
  Isaac: No you can fucking not! Shoot the motherfucker!
  G: Don't you do tact?! That's what I am going to fucking do. Y'know-
  Isaac: Shut the fuck up and shoot! Shit!
  (G shoots Jasper dead)
  G: Happy now? Fuckwit.
• The intro narration of Naked Terror has this gem:
  Narrator: "...Experience naked desire, naked lust, NAKED TERROR! Adults only... Keep both hands on the controller!"
• Right at the beginning of Naked Terror:
  Varla: Backstage is for artists only!
  Candi: ...And strippers.
  • And upon rescuing the first civilian on that level:
    Varla: Hands off the artists!
    Candi: ...And strippers!
• The introduction to the Screamer boss fight.

  (G and Isaac finds the Screamer crying her eyes out in an operating room)
  G: Excuse me, ma'am, are you okay?
  Isaac: Move aside, diaper-shit! Let a man handle this.
  (the Screamer turns back to reveal its malformed face and startling the two agents)
  Isaac: Motherfuck!
  (cut back to the Screamer, which lets out a Super-Scream, upon which the duo reels back in pain)

• Isaac and G are about to ride off in Isaac's car, also known as his pride and joy. Said "pride and joy" promptly blows up for no reason whatsoever.
  G: (Beat) Mm. We'll take my car.
  • After the next level they’re about to ride off in G’s car, which again explodes for no reason.
• After the Screamer is defeated, Isaac and G notice that there is a phone ringing from inside of her. Isaac refuses to open her up, because he "manicured only yesterday" and isn't about to stain a freshly-manicured set of nails with it.
• This exchange in "Carny", once G and Isaac meet their first "football" mutants:
  G: The mutant compound must have raised their metabolic rate!
  Isaac: Boy, I don't understand half the shit that comes out your mouth!
  G: Likewise.
  • In the haunted ride attraction. This can be either taken as Ho Yay or G being surprisingly scared of horror rides.
    Isaac: What the...? Are you holding my hand?!
    G: Yes.
    Isaac: I ain't yo momma! Get the fuck off of me!
  • After the stage, G and Isaac are left without a ride, until G finds...an ice cream truck, prompting a "You Have GOT to Be Kidding Me!" reaction from Isaac.
    Isaac: No. Fucking. Way.
    • Followed by G going on a ramble about the fine experience of driving while listening to one's taste in music.
    • Later compounded by Isaac using his indoor voice to ask "Can I have a lollipop?"
    • The Wii version has one important element that makes the scene even funnier: Isaac holding and eating an ice cream cone.
    • In the prologue to the next stage, Scream Train, the duo is seen tearing through the streets, still in the ice cream truck.
• Most of the dialogue from rescuing civilians is this, but these three from Jailhouse Judgement take the cake:
  • First one:
    Prison Guard: GET THE FUCK AWAY FROM ME!!!
    (G and Isaac shoot the zombies)
    Prison Guard: ... They don't pay me enough for this...
  • Second one:
    Woman: Never though I'd be happy to see a fuckin' cop!
    G: Most cops don't have this, um... charming personality-
    Issac: -Don't make me whoop your ass again, G-man!
  • Third one:
    G: Did you see...?
    Prison Guard: -A freak-ass pimp with a hot bitch at gunpoint?! Sure! They came through here just now. Some weird shit going down tonight, man...
  • In addition, this One-Scene Wonder from Scream Train:
  Man: (After being saved in the kitchen) I JUST WANTED THE FUCKING SOUP!!!
  • When G and Isaac first meet Varla:
    Isaac: (to G) Grab your gun, not your dick!
• In "The Fetid Waters", you can find a zombie sitting on a toilet in an outhouse.
  Isaac: We caught that motherfucker in the can!
  G: I wasn't aware this was a component of mutant behavior! This is going in my report.
  Isaac: You're going to mention a mutant taking a dump in your report!?
  G: Well, anything that can be exploited as a weakness.
• Isaac trying to tiptoe around referencing The Birds:
  Isaac: Shit! This is just like the film with all them birds!
  G: Which one?
  Isaac: You know, the... the bird film. Fuck!
• During one melee sequence in "Overkill", one of the zombies gets smashed into a monitor...that has the Windows NT Blue Screen of Death.^note You could say it was a "Blue Screen of the Dead".
  Isaac: "Looks like your computer just crashed!"
• Some highlights from the Mother battle:
  • The Extended Cut intro, after obtaining the minigun.
    Isaac: Well, this sure doesn't look like a motherfucking exit to me!
    (beat, camera swings behind the agents to reveal the mutated Mother glaring menacingly at the agents from under a tunnel)
    G: She's found us...
    -Mother roars-
    Isaac: No shit! Back up! I sure don't want no motherfucking hugs from that freaking motherfucker!
  • During the underground "Missing Reel" battle.
    Isaac: Look out! Your girlfriend's trying to French you!
    G: That's not my girlfriend.
    Isaac: Just shoot, motherfucker!
  • Upon seeing Mother giving birth to Pukers.
    Isaac: Oh man, that's just WRONG!
    G: (in a grim tone) Here comes another bundle of joy...
  • In The Typing of the Dead: Overkill, the final battle allows you to "type anything, as long as you type like a motherfucker." This can go so many ways. You can kill Mother in ways including, but not limited to: swearing her out, hurling insults at her, breaking out the Character Filibuster, or simply repeatedly typing "sex".
• This little exchange in the end cutscene of the Carny stage:
  Washington: "Can I drive?"
  G: "NO!"
  Washington: "Can I have a lollipop?"
  G: "...Yes."
• G's face when Warden Darling decides to go back to the womb.
• The intro scene to the Lobber boss battle - The Lobber emerges from a swamp, accompanied by some over-dramatic narration...and then it cuts to G and Isaac facing off in a rock-paper-scissors match. Isaac loses, and promptly approaches the Lobber while reciting the Miranda Rights at it. The Lobber duly responds by vomiting at Isaac, who then promptly pulls out his guns in anger while G sarcastically claps in the background.
  • MISSING REEL! (Sorry for the inconvenience)
• Even the music gets in on the fun with "Down in the Bayou", which is filled to the brim with Brain Bleach.
• Varla has to go through several Deadly Euphemisms before Candi gets that her boyfriend is dead. In the end, Varla ends up screaming "He's fucking DEAD!"
• The Steam version of TOTD: Overkill features mods from the Steam Workshop that modify the words you have to type. One of the mods happens to replace the words with quotes from friggin' HENTAI. Not only is it gut-bustingly hilarious (Warning: NSFW), it's also fiendishly difficult!
