• Kinderman's story of his mother-in-law keeping a live carp in the bathtub. He refuses to go in there because if he sees it sleeping with its gills moving back and forth, he'll kill it.
• Allerton: (offscreen) His goddamn nose is broken!
• After the Gemini Killer's genuinely disturbing rant concerning Father Karras, he pauses... then seemingly genuinely apologizing for raving.
• Kinderman tries to get a mental patient and potential witness to Father Dyer's death to talk by pretending to be a radio repairman for her imaginary radio. She hands him what appears to be said imaginary radio, only to tell him that it was actually a telephone.
