Spoilers Off. You Have Been Warned.

  • If you shoot a bad guy with a fully-charged Strike Rifle or a Deatomizer, enjoy seeing his body simply disintegrate.
    • Or just blast him into oblivion with the minigun-like Carbonizer, whose damage to the target increases with prolonged exposure.
  • The fourth level, "Trust", ends with Michael Ford raiding a nest full of dozens of Drudge egg sacs. It's quite funny to hear Prometheus calling them abominations and watch the game precisely count down how many of them are left.
  • In the seventh level, "Homeland", after Michael Ford manages to find an intact bridge, he then runs into an Invader and criticizes Prometheus for failing to be aware of it. Prometheus gives no reply and the next thing he says, given that you manage to down the monster, is "There. That wasn't so difficult."
  • In the penultimate level, after the Big Bad John Adams makes one last plea to Michael Ford to give up on his mission, surrender the All-Seeing Eye and work together with him to save America, Ford not only tells him once again to "go to hell", but also throws in the following stinker: "The only thing I need to save this country from is you." You would expect nothing less from someone who's tasted the bitterness of betrayal and knows so well that Adams is really up to no good.
  • In the last level, after Michael Ford manages to reactivate a Conduit to escape a self-destruct sequence, Prometheus tells him that one man can make a difference, then stops to comically add the following clause: "Or in this case, one person and the displaced consciousness of an alien being."
