• A Running Gag in one of the episodes being that whenever any of the characters gets frustrated or upset, they go out and shoot clay birds.
• The conversation surrounding the handing out their cover stories in "The Iron Man," Tremayne gives Richard his:
  Richard: (takes it and glances at it, his face filling with horror) Oh no, no, not the cook.
  Tremayne: (ignores Richard's protest and gives Craig his) Craig, you'll be the bodyguard.
  Craig: (innocently) Against [Richard's] cooking?
