- Early in Season 17, Derrick is revealed to be Slash from Season 2. This would have been a surprising turn of events, but it instead becomes hilarious because he thought that him being on the season meant that there was a returnee twist, but there wasn't. The producers genuinely didn't recognize him through the added years and weight.
- Season 17: the Day 14 Reward Challenge. Possibly Jeff Probst’s biggest troll move ever.

- In this Immunity Challenge. it's down to Raiza against Kade, Jeannie and Derek, according to Jeff. Cue Ollie, who is STILL in the challenge, letting out a Flat "What" at the fact that he just got ignored.
- Ethan’s commentary on Frysk and Nolaa’s relationship.“They have the Romantic Chemistry of a Rock and a Piece of Wood. But you know what, Twilight exists, so who am I to deny true love?”
- To hide their strategy talk from Lady Bit, the Atlas tribe makes up the story of Lulla Bye the Purple Bunny and the Happyville Friend-A-Thon.
- The day 7 reward. A tribe shuffle happened, and ET and Ethan are the only ones not to switch tribes. What really sells it is their reactions.ET: I feel like this is the universe's way of correcting itself.Ethan: I mean, I've lived with these people for past a week.
- While characters have rejected visitors and calls from home, Yessi does so by cheerfully tossing her phone into the fire.
- ET has a minor Freak Out upon discovering that he might be an alien. When he discovers that one trait of his species is incredible durability, he runs to Frysk begging for him to beat him up. And discovers that durability to bones, skin, etc., does not translate to lack of pain.
- The Day 26 reward challenge, where Kirby takes over Jeff's hosting duties.
- Come the tribe swap of Season 20, Nolaa uses an advantage and winds up creating a new tribe with herself and four other people. So that leaves us with three tribes: Classic, Modern... and & Knuckles.
- Johnny manages to win immunity for his tribe. cue "YEAH!" Shot with complimentary Credits Gag and Clara Flipping the Bird.
- Realizing he hasn't earned the respect of his tribe he so desires, Yeefrey tries his best to try and demand respect through an anecdote about what happened to someone who called him cringe. It quickly veers into Black Comedy Cannibalism, but it's mostly his tribe's reactions that sell the scene.Nyles: One more time, let me clear this up... You CONSUMED an actual human being?Yeefrey: *Urp* that's right. and not in the hot vore kinda way either...Nyles: And this individual is now DECEASED, correct!?
- Haru's loved one visitor, Marisa Kirisame, manages to find the hidden immunity idol offscreen within a few minutes of being on the island, but refuses to give it to Haru right away unless she plays nice. What does that entail? Giving her a piggyback ride.
- Really, you could include any one moment from Karen, as she's arguably the single best comic relief character in SFC history. A few highlights include:
- Anytime she pulls an object seemingly out of thin air, only for it to turn out she somehow ordered it off of Amazon, up to and including a flamethrower.
- The realization that she is neither immune to peer pressure, manipulation, nor abject terror.
- The sign she has made when her arch-nemesis Crab Rangoon is swapped over to the Heroes.
- Her reaction when Amika finds another friend following the tribe swap.
- "I welcome his large and disgusting big bara form with open arms."
- The way she terminates her brief friendship with Bria.
- Her rage quitting a challenge. In rage.
- The response to getting manipulated into helping to vote out Masanari spans two comics.
- The reveal as to how she keeps her phone charged.
- Even when she's voted out she continues to be funny. Case in point, her jury question for Crab.
