- You can find Erekto-Tek ad bill boards with the captions saying "No Known Side Effects!" To clarify, Erekto-Tek is the company that engineered The Virus in the first game as an attempt to cure erectile dysfunction, which went rogue and resulted in the Zombie Apocalypse.
- "These are the Brown Gates of Ritzville, my friend, and we are the watchers on the wall, the keepers of the gates. We have sworn a solemn oath to FEMA to defend these gates at all costs from the forces of darkness." And in case you are wondering, yes, this is an actual piece of dialog from the game.
- Before you start the "You Don't Need a Weatherman" quest, you can ask Kelly Salas what she knows about The Weathermen and The Ritz Creek Gang, and if they could be infected with Invisible Strain. Kelly's response:
- At the beginning of the game Kelly offers to show you around Moose Valley and introduce the major factions to you. However as a Running Gag, her introductions always end with her concluding that said faction is full of assholes.
- In versions prior to v197, when Emma O'Connor wears a bullet-proof vest while she's still pregnant, the vest model will glitch and result in a humungous spike in her belly, making it look like she's about to give birth to an alien or something.
