  • The variant cover to Sonic Boom #8, which has Modern Amy Rose braiding Zero's hair while Sticks is using the Z-Saber as a pinata stick and chopping a tree instead.
  • The variant cover to Mega Man #51, which has the bald heroes and villains altogether, with Rotor and Flash Man looking horrified at being lumped up there, along with our heroes' horrified looks.
    • The fact that it's called the "Bald is Beautiful" variant.
  • In Issue #1 of the twelve-parter, when Roll asks Rock to take someone with him to pick up some parts to repair the lab, Rock insists that he'll be fine in the Auto-faced vehicle from Megaman 7.
Megaman: I mean, yeah, there was that one time I got pulled over because I look like a kid, but...
  • Eggman, seeing that Sigma has pulled Dr. Wily from his dimension, to help him with his plans, especially as Wily forgot who Eggman was, but not the other way around.
'I submit this as proof that the fates hate me. Out of all of the universes and all the beings in them, Sigma had to choose him...'
  • The Off-Panel for Sonic Boom Issue 8.
Sticks (to Prime Sonic): What's with the beige arms?
Sticks (to Prime Knuckles): You need to work out more...
Sticks (to Prime Amy, who's fawning over a poster of Boom Sonic): You need to chill out.
  • The Maverick Hunters interacting with the Boom world and their denizens, from Sticks basically getting X's entire story from a random observation, to Zero not being impressed the slightest with both the world and its robots. Especially poignant is Boom Cubot's own observation about Zero's Beam Saber.
'How does the beam know when to stop?'
  • From part three, Big the Cat jumping off a roof and body-slamming M'egga Man, crying out "Hooray! I'm helping!."
  • From the Mega Man Battle Book, we have this gem from Zero and Vile:
    • From the same book, we have Axl's reaction upon encountering Vile for the first time.
Axl: That guy used to be a hunter? And you gave me a hard time when I wanted to join?
      Zero: Not now!
  • In Universe #77, there's a moment wherein Sonic and Mega Man share some dialogue while bringing their forces refreshments, and Sonic brings Mega Man more up to speed on the events of Worlds Collide. Said explanation includes insisting that he totally won their fight.
    • In the same issue, Xander Payne bringing Eggman and Wily to the Sky Patrol. Sonic is surprised, Rock is shocked, and the two villains greet them jovially. One panel cut later, and they're abruptly behind bars.
    • Later on, Xander Payne gets an unexpected visit from Sticks the Badger. A few pages later and they're discussing the Illuminati and other conspiracy theories. It must be seen to be believed.
    • Sticks's interactions with the non-Boom cast is quite funny. She tells Knuckles that he could easily become buffer, making him work out more. She also questions Sonic's lack of sports tape.
  • Sonic Universe #77's Off-Panel has the Sonic, Sonic Boom, Mega Man and Mega Man X characters crammed into one spot and Sonic questioning if the crossover is starting to get a little crowded. Of note is Axl blanching at Mama Robotnik and the Captain N: The Game Master Mega Man making an unwarranted cameo!
  • The fact that Sigma sent Blizzard Buffalo to kill M. Bison.
  • The Sonic Worlds Unite Battle Book, the third battle? Roll vs. Sticks. Enough said.
  • Ryu, Ken, Chun-Li and Guile's Big Damn Heroes moment. Sally, Knuckles and Mega Man watch in awe with their power. Except for Sonic, who is annoyed as all hell when Guile uses his Sonic Boom attack.
  • As Magna Centipede invades Miracle World he completely dismantled in one punch by Alex Kidd. The reason: cheating in a game of Rock Paper Scissors. Even though Alex Kidd is also known to cheat at the game.
  • Gilius Thunderhead describing Antoine and Shadow Man as "the fox-man and the lad in armored pajamas".
  • The Gore Magala showing up out of absolutely nowhere and curb-stomping the X-Hunters in the middle of their evil boasting. Even more so, Sticks managing to calm it down and recruit it against Sigma.
  • Mega Man and Amy's experiences in Morning Land. Special mention goes to Mega Man's face when his summary is interrupted by Menie-Funie, God of Chickens, telling Billy Hatcher and his friends exactly what Mega Man was about to tell them.
  • Another from #78: NiGHTS was apparently battling Reala before Storm Eagle and Storm Owl showed up.
NiGHTS: These bird-brains don't play very nice, do they Reala?
Reala: We were dueling before they attacked us, you child!
    • Reala's stern, annoyed-as-hell expression doesn't change after being recruited. He even wears it to battle.
  • Axl and Stick's visit to the Viewtiful Joe world. So much Medium Awareness, Stick even gushes that Joe and Silvia can break the Fourth Wall too.
  • The two Feline Hunters came into the Unifed World to help fight. One can only ponder how Sonic and Megaman reacted to seeing them.
  • Aboared the Sky Patrol, Zero and Antoine are shown comparing the length and effectiveness of their swords... in the exact same panel Bunnie is giving the reader an Aside Glance as if to say: "We all know what they're really talking about..."
  • Even in the heat of battle, Sonic still has time mess with Mega Man by ribbing him on firing a too big a Spirit Bomb at a Sigma-3 that could've taken out the fused world too. Mega Man's reaction is priceless.
  • Comedy Chimp and Fastidious Beaver are clearly traumatized by the events of the story, with Beaver giving a Madness Mantra of "There's no place like home."
  • When Zero and Blues call Mega Man and X to the War Room, Mega Man and X discuss that both had to fight a red guy.
