• During the Story campaign, we've got this little gem from Claire and Moira after Claire survives a compactor.
  Moira: Oh my god. Are you OK?
  Claire: Yeah. I was almost a Claire Sandwich.
  Moira: [groans] Does Barry tell everyone that story?!
  • The Japanese version is pretty funny too.
    Moira: I wouldn't want that sandwich.
• Moira jumping across a large gap on a rickety bridge.
  Fuck you, Hollywood, that wasn't even close to easy.
• Moira can often deliver her own form of sarcastic humor. Since she isn't a veteran of the series like Claire, her perspective is a lot more grounded, meaning that she has little problem pointing out how stupid and impractical she thinks the more complex traps and puzzles are.
  I don’t know why that makes sense, but somehow it does.
  Well, fuck that place very much.
  Of course this factory had to be a fucked-up factory.
  I swear to God, I'm gonna survive the fuck out of this.
• Barry tells Natalia to wait on the boat, to which she objects. Barry grudgingly gives in, commenting:
  Barry: Is there a little girl on this planet that will listen to me?
• Barry's bad puns are back and worse than ever.
  Barry: [after getting the drill from Pedro] Well this should give us a "hole" lot more options!
  [Natalia is silent]
• Barry's exasperation upon finding out he can't see some of the enemies.
  Barry: Invisible monsters. Oh, that's gonna be fun.
• When Gabe points out that the derelict chopper needs fuel and a new battery, Moira, having little experience in such matters, skeptically responds: "Oh, and we're going to find exactly what we need in this shit dump?" Claire is quick to affirm that is exactly what the case will be.
• Her reaction to fighting Neil?
  Moira: Go jump on a dildo, boss! [blasts Neil's face off]
• And in Barry's campaign, we have him smashing open a locked fence with a crane
  Barry: Who's the Master of Unlocking now?
• After Natalia opens all the sluice gates for Barry, surviving several attacks by Rotten in the process:
  Barry: Still in one piece?
  Natalia: Du~uh, I'm a sluice master.
  • Made even funnier as this is the first time we've ever seen Natalia tell a joke.
• Claire and Moira manage to Outrun The Fire Ball. Moira's first question? "Was it good for you too?"
• Two people being chased by a monster and realizing that their only escape route leads to a cliff is not funny. Two people reacting with an exasperated, "Oh, come ON." both at the same time and with the same exact tone, however, is. Especially if it's Barry and Moira who do it.
  Moira: Nice fucking emergency exit!
• The computer during the final self-destruction sequence.
  Computer: Protocol phase two initiated. If you are currently in an affected area, you are now authorized to panic.
• In the Raid mode, you can play as many characters, including Hunk and Wesker with Downloadable Content (or as free characters on the HD versions). You can also have each character with unique taunts like clapping giddily, poledancing, and acting like Hulk Hogan. Assigning these taunts to serious character is particularly hilarious. Yes, you can do this on the Weskers.
  • There's a skill that lets you deal damage with emotes. Imagine slaughtering zombies with the power of dance!
• One of the unlockable files in the game is a letter from Piers to Claire, sent after Terra Save and the BSAA teamed up. He explains that his squad's reaction to her was because they were expecting "something more along the lines of the Captain's build". He also asks, just between the two of them, if she has any pictures of Chris when he was younger.
• In a cut scene when the Terra Save members are running for their lives, Pedro sarcastically quips "Mother of balls, my life is awesome."
