- Season 1, Episode 6 contains a perfectly-timed series of screwups. While chasing a suspect, Keith loses control of his ATV and breaks his already-shot foot. John Lee Pettimore then critically fails his roll and gets clotheslined by a branch. Their target escapes and our boys fail to track him. Thomas, John Lee Pettimore's player, accidentally refers to his character as John Mayer . The farce culminates in Clark attempting to pilot an aerial drone to track their suspect, using Computer Science, a skill which he has 0 points in. He then critically fails that roll, resulting in the drone crashing directly into him, cutting him up and shattering itself in the process. Having failed all their rolls and sustained multiple injuries over the course of the episode, our heroes decide to sit on the ground and start weeping openly.
- Season 1, Episode 7 starts on this same shot, with Shania Twain's "You're Still the One" plays in the background. The players begin singing along to the chorus in falsetto.
- Season 1, Episode 27: After critically failing a roll to urinate on the crowd of bloodthirsty spectators, John Lee Pettimore falls forward and breaks his penis. When he escapes, he decides to go "go GTA" on the audience, all the while screaming.
- John: YOU BASTARDS BROKE MY DICK!
- Season 1, episode 45 features spectators in The Scrap Pit, most notably Dave from Akron, whose hard-drinking and exuberant mannerisms provide some good moments. Most notable is his reaction immediately following the 30-second moment of silence held for Rich and Dick Nickles.
- Mick Nickles: SHUT THE FUCK UP!
- Season 1, episode 112 has the players go off on a tangent singing "I wanna piss your pa~a~a~nts" to the tune of "I wanna hold you hand" by The Beatles.
