  • During the opening shootout, we're given exposition by several reporters filling viewing audiences on both sides of the fourth wall in on what's going on. A female reporter, crouching down to avoid all the automatic gunfire, after hearing a bullet barely miss her, declares "Fuck this, get me out of here!" Another is interviewing someone from the neighborhood. On live TV, mind you.
Local: My beautiful cantina, everything I own, they shot it to pieces. My microwave, my tamale steamer, my grill... [turns towards the Colombians] YOU FUCKING PENDEJOS! [ducks as more gunfire whizzes past]
  • Just after the opening shootout, Harrigan gets chewed out by Deputy Chief Heinemann for insubordination. After Heinemann yells at him to "get back to [his] cage at Alvarado" and walks away, Harrigan's temper gets the better of him, and he starts rushing for him, while Danny panics and chases Harrigan to calm him down to avoid an incident.
Harrigan: I'll show you insubordination, you son of a bitch!
Danny: [sprinting after Harrigan] Nonononononononononono! It's okay! It's alright! You don't need this, Mike. It's not worth it. Relax.
    Harrigan: [calms down]... AH FUCK!
  • After Leona inflicts a Groin Attack on Jerry, she goes chasing after Danny as her next victim.
    • The best part? Harrigan and Danny know Leona so well that they're actually anticipating the Groin Attack seconds before it happens.
Danny: Hehe, he's putting the moves on Leona...
Danny and Harrigan: His first big mistake!
  • When Harrigan stumbles out of the Voodoo Posse's limo, clouds of smoke pour out.
Harrigan: [coughing] You know, you guys really gotta cut down.
    • The sheer level of cliche that the gangs operate at in this version of Los Angeles: the Colombians' boss has an opulent apartment with tiling and columns that look like Mayan carvings, and meanwhile the Jamaicans are so into their weed that their greeting to Harrigan is:
Sweet: Want some ganja, mon? Hahahaha!
  • "Okay pussyface, it's your move."
    • To which the Predator replies: "Shit happens."
  • "Mommy, I saw a ghost!"
  • The City Hunter's choice of Pre-Mortem One-Liner when it confronts Jerry in the subway:
[in a distorted child's voice] "Want some candy?"
  • In the meat warehouse, when Keyes and his team are stalking the Predator, it switches its vision from infrared to ultraviolet, allowing it to see the soldiers' ultraviolet flashlights. Once it sees them, it makes a noise that almost sounds like "WHOA!"
    • This is followed by seeing that its invisibility tech shows up on the ultraviolet light. Upon realizing they've turned the tables on it, the Predator says something that sounds like "Mother of God!" ("Now you will die" according to the DVD subtitles)
  • The Predator's down, so Harrigan creeps up and proceeds to unmask it. Naturally, he has the same reaction as Dutch did in the first movie, but is interrupted mid-quote.
Harrigan: You are one... ugly... mother—
[the Predator jerks awake with a roar and grabs Harrigan by the throat]
    Predator: Muh-thur-fuh-khurr!
  • As the Predator attempts to patch itself up in a bathroom in agony, the owner of the apartment (an elderly woman) creeps up with a broom. After injecting a medical hypodermic needle into its navel, the Predator roars in pain, crashes through the bathroom wall, and runs out of the apartment, leaving the woman in shock as Harrigan stumbles in...
    Harrigan: [gasping] It's okay, I'm a cop!
Owner: I don't think he gives a shit!
    • Also, while the Predator is patching itself up, pay attention when it holds up the hypodermic needle and looks at how big it is. Its eyes widen and its mouth opens a little. You can practically hear it thinking "Oh, This Is Gonna Suck."
  • A small Brick Joke occurs when Harrigan chases the Predator onto the roof and during his subsequent climb down. While sneaking around on the roof, he gets startled by a flock of birds, and then later, when trying to climb down the side of the building, another flock of birds burst out of a small nook. This prompts a dry comment from a weary Harrigan.
Harrigan: That's all I need, is birds.
  • Another one of Harrigan's cynical assessments of what he's got to face:
Harrigan: I can do it. I can do it. It's like falling off a log.
(His gun falls out of his holster and drops to the ground below)
Harrigan: Like a 30-story log. Damn!
    • Then moments later when he's chasing the City Hunter through the apartment building and tracks him to an elevator shaft.
Harrigan: Shit! Why can't this guy stay on the ground?!
  • An awesome Badass Boast, especially in the hopeless-seeming situation:
    Harrigan: Okay, who's next?
  • Garber is very disappointed that his team came so close to catching their target. Harrigan sarcastically quips that he'll get another chance, leaving one wondering if Harrigan means another chance to catch their alien Predator or something else like another chance to face one and also get himself killed from hubris.
Garber: Goddamnit, we came so close.
Harrigan: [as Garber goes to join the team investigating the site] Don't worry, asshole, you'll get another chance.
  • The version often aired on TV, like the Syfy channel, often censors a good chunk of the swearing. This can cause a lot of unintentional hilarity as rather than replace the words, they just remove the voice audio on the words. This results in Danny Glover and the rest of the cast loudly yelling absolutely nothing. On some versions, this may result in phrases with little context like "It happens," as if instead of "Shit happens," someone is letting someone know something ambiguous happens.
    Harrigan: "Hey! A____!"
  • Uhh... yeah. I got nothing.
