  • When facing a Mysterio-addled Miles Morales, Ms. Marvel and Spider-Gwen in the Raft, knocking their health down gives Lockjaw a chance to teleport them into one of the nearby cells to cool down. Doing this to Gwen has her complain...
Gwen: I didn't come all the way to another dimension just to get thrown in a prison cell! I could have stayed home for that!
  • After securing the Raft and retrieving the Time Stone from the Green Goblin, Star-Lord starts this awesome speech about how they need to work together to save the universe... only to have it interrupted by Luke Cage's cellphone. And he can't ignore it — it's Jessica Jones on the line.
Star-Lord: Really?! Come on, man, I only get to make speeches like that once, twice a year, tops!
  • Ant-Man giving Tony a What the Hell, Hero? for not dismantling Ultimo.
Ant-Man: Seriously, Tony, who stores a giant, killer robot in a warehouse in New Jersey?
  • As the heroes climb up Avengers' Tower while drones are attacking and happen into a room with security lasers, Tony has this gem to say.
Iron Man: Who designed this room? Oh. Right. Me. Well, even if it survives Ultron's attack, I'm scrapping it after this and putting in a zen garden!
  • As usual, Deadpool is a fountain of funny moments:
    • First there's his introductory cutscene. He's simply in the X-Mansion's kitchen preparing stacks of tacos even while the Brotherhood are attacking, to the point where he doesn't seem to care about or even notice Juggernaut and the other X-Men fighting in the background. And then Juggy makes the mistake of charging through the kitchen and utterly destroying all of Deadpool’s tacos...
Deadpool: Okay, that's it! Someone’s about to get a kick square in the chimichangas!
    • And then there’s the dialogue that occurs after the game switches back to gameplay...
Juggernaut: Clean up in aisle X! HA!
      Deadpool: I. WILL. DESTROY. YOU.
Psylocke: Oh, so now Deadpool is inspired to join our cause? How heroic...
Wolverine: Guess we're orderin' out tonight. Who wants pizza?
      • What makes the above conversation even funnier is how Wolverine of all people sounds so dejected when he asks about ordering out. He sounds sadder about taco night being ruined than the destruction of the manor.
    • There's also the fact that several X-Men characters excitedly comment about taco night and talk about Deadpool's antics as an everyday occurrence, most likely meaning they INVITED Deadpool over despite him being... well, Deadpool. It's also hilarious that the X-Men comment several times about taco night despite the chaos occurring over the Power Stone and the Sentinels attacking.
    • Before that, when you pass by the kitchen window on your way to the Mansion's backyard, you can see Deadpool through the window... and hear him singing his taco song to the tune of "Macho Man".
Taco, taco night! Wade's gonna eat while the X-Men fight...
    • Later, when the Black Order arrives to take the Infinity Stones everyone gets into ass-kicking poses. Rocket aims his BFG, Wolverine readies his claws, Psylocke brandishes her sword, and Deadpool...looks like he's doing to draw his sword but instead whips out a taco and takes a selfie.
    • In the Shadow of Doom DLC, Deadpool pokes fun at the Gameplay and Story Segregation wherein the story involves a massive army of heroes and antiheroes banding together but the gameplay has only four of them doing all the work until a cutscene happens.
    • During the fight against Thanos, when the mad titan comments how death is inevitible, Deadpool chimes in to remind the titan that Mistress Death likes him more than Thanos.
  • In the final boss fight against Thane, Black Widow gets this delightfully snarky line when the Soul Stone is brought into use:
Black Widow: If I had a soul left after all these years, this Stone might scare me a bit more.
  • The character profiles are full of these. All of them are written in-character by Rocket and the other Guardians (and occasionally Deadpool) throw in their own comments for each of them. Notably, Rocket couldn't make his hatred for Iron Man more transparent if he tried.
  • From the Shadow of Doom DLC, we have this exchange:
