Being one of the most iconic sitcoms of The '50s and early '60s, the show about the naive young boy in the form of a gullible Butt-Monkey has hours of laughs to go around.

  • The episode "In the Soup" revolves around Beaver climbing up a giant billboard soup cup as a dare set by Whitey to see if there's really any soup in there. Beav was dumb enough to fall for it, only to find out that there is no soup and it's just a steam vat, causing an embarrassing predicament that has the whole town surrounding him as the firemen rescue him out of the cup.
  • "Beaver the Bunny" is another classic funny episode. Beaver is forced to play a bunny in an animal-themed school play, much to his disapproval, and has to walk to school on foot through town while many humiliating events befall him as he tries to hide in many corners until everything's clear.
    • First he's noticed by two guys leaving a shop and they notice a "crazy rabbit" and start chasing after him. Luckily, Beaver makes it quick enough to the corner of the plaza and hides in a trash can while the two guys continue chasing, unaware that he just hid.
    • Two dogs then start barking at him and also start chasing him, causing him to enter a phone booth to inform the police about this bizarre situation. However, the two policemen on the phone can't hear him due to the loudness of the dogs outside barking. What they make out of his explanation is quite humorous.
Sergeant Hearst: It sounds like a kid named Beaver, in a phone booth... He thinks he's a rabbit with a bunch of dogs.
