- Flashpoint Batman doesn't even try to hide how unhappy he is with the cartoonish Earth-26, even saying "oh, thank God" under his breath when Avery shows up to take him away.
- The fact that nobody in the story is happy to see that the Batman Who Laughs has been sort-of resurrected in the form of a corrupted Batwoman from the genderflipped Earth-9 as "the Batwoman Who Laughs"; even Kalibak and Grail of Apokolips are annoyed by her.
- Flashpoint Batman is immediately displeased when Doctor Multiverse calls him "Doctor Batman" since he is a former medical doctor, like how Calvin Ellis is referred to as "President Superman".Flashpoint Batman: Never do that again.
