  • Absolutely everything involving Jimmy Kimmel's feud with Matt Damon.
    • September 12, 2006: Damon was a guest. With a ton of fanfare, including a montage of Kimmel sign-offs, Matt finally stepped foot on stage, only to be told they were out of time. When asked if he wanted to appear tomorrow instead, his only words were "go fuck yourself." Cue a Cluster F-Bomb and Damon trying to Trash the Set over the credits. Yes, it was actually a joke.
    • August 2, 2007: Jimmy sent Guillermo to interview Damon at the premiere of Ocean's Thirteen, only to tell him they were out of time (and thus, indirectly blowing his cover). Two months later, Guillermo was featured in a sketch suggesting he would be playing "Yay-son Bourne Identity" in The Bourne Ultimatum ... until Damon actually showed up, that is.
    • January 31, 2008: Sarah Silverman (who was Kimmel's girlfriend at the time) revealed, in song, that she had been engaged in an affair with said actor. Or, in other words, "I'm fucking Matt Damon!". This led Kimmel to do a answer song to reveal in turn that he had an affair with Ben Affleck (Matt's best friend), "Fucking Ben Affleck"
    • March 8, 2010, Kimmel and various Hollywood actors participated in a sketch about a "Handsome Men's Club" founded by Jimmy. He's eventually voted out of the club by the other members because he's not handsome enough, including a teary-eyed Ben Affleck. As Kimmel is about to leave and goes into a big Final Speech, Matt Damon slams the door in his face and does an Evil Laugh.
    • January 24, 2013: For the 10th anniversary episode, Matt staged a Hostile Show Takeover. The show was renamed Jimmy Kimmel Sucks!; Jimmy was tied to a chair, and his cast was replaced — including Andy Garcia as sidekick, Sheryl Crow as bandleader, and a ton of guest appearances (either in-studio or "congratulating" Damon on hosting the show), including Robin Williams. Damon also revealed that Kimmel had been trying to displace him from his movie roles, and when they got to the end of the show, you can probably guess what happened.
    • Guillermo interrupting an interview with Damon about Elysium to promote his new film Estupido. Its poster has the tagline "A stupid man ... who is stupid", and a giant arrow pointing at Damon.
    • September 29, 2015: After years of hostilities, Jimmy and Matt decide to go to therapy to try to sort out their differences.
    • February 29, 2016: In his post-Oscars special, Ben Affleck tried to smuggle Matt on-stage through an abnormally large jacket. It didn't work.
    • September 18, 2016: At the 2016 Emmy Awards, Jimmy is hosting, but Jimmy Kimmel Live lost the award for Outstanding Variety Talk Series to Last Week Tonight with John Oliver, so Matt comes onstage and sarcastically consoles him.
    • Kimmel planned a gag at the end of the 2017 Academy Awards where he was to interview an "Oscar loser", who would, of course, be Matt Damon. However the Best Picture mix-up derailed it (though he still sneaked in a "I blame Matt Damon!" once the error was revealed). The following year, Kimmel did do his "apologies to Matt Damon" sign-off at the end of the ceremony.
    • February 13, 2017: Jimmy celebrates his wife Molly's pregnancy, only to learn that Matt has slept with her and is claiming to be the child's real father. What ensues is a parody of The Maury Povich Show (with Maury played by Martin Short) where Jimmy and Matt submit to paternity tests. It turns out that neither man is the baby's daddy, who turns out to be Tracy Morgan.
    • October 29, 2018: Jimmy and Matt take their satirical beef to the World Series Game Five between the Boston Red Sox (Matt's favored team) and the Los Angeles Dodgers (Jimmy's favored team), with the two wearing "I'm With Stupid" t-shirts pointing at each other in their teams' colors (Matt wearing red, Jimmy wearing blue). For added hilarity, Ben Affleck "accidentally" gets stuck between the two and gets tagged "stupid".
    • June 18, 2020: Despite the COVID-19 pandemic forcing Jimmy to move production into his home, Matt still manages to cause grief for him as Jimmy announces his summer break but discovers that Matt snuck into his home the whole time.
    • January 26, 2023: How does Jimmy end the 20th anniversary special? By apologizing to Matt Damon for running out of time, again. Afterwards, we see Matt smashing a cake he'd baked for Jimmy on this occasion.
  • One episode had Elmo, Grover, and Cookie Monster visit the show, and it leads to a plethora of funny moments:
    • The "letter of the day" is "UQ", a letter u crossed with a q, and is the 27th letter of the alphabet. They can only act in bewilderment. Cookie Monster even called him crazy, and Elmo agrees.
    • Grover makes a sarcastic comment about how pathetic this twist is of it coming after z.
    • During Jimmy's song, he says the letter is also a number, and the Count makes a random cameo where he acts all giddy.
      • Speaking of the song, all of them clearly object to it, with Grover saying he doesn't like songs.
    • When Elmo thinks they can use their imaginations, he calls it lying.
    • During the ending, Cookie Monster eats the letter, and he says he ate his son.
  • The entire sketch where Jimmy borrows his own wax figurine from Madame Tussaud's and uses it to prank his staff, repeatedly scaring the wits out of his cousin Micki. It culminates when he takes the figure's place himself, and remains motionless until Micki tries to take a selfie with it, leaving her hysterical on the floor.
Jimmy: Did you know it was me every time? We don't even have a wax figure!
    Micki: WHAT?
    Jimmy: No, I'm kidding.
  • Jimmy pretending to be a news anchor in Philadelphia. This was most likely done because of several incidents involving the legendary Jim Gardner Corpsing over the sometimes-bizarre names of the musical acts he has to tease during the newscast outros.
  • October 3, 2023: Due to the 2023 WGA Strike lasting almost 5 months, Jimmy and Guillermo faced the possibility of having to change careers. So, they tried out as chefs at a local Benihana restaurant.
  • Dre's Anatomy, a hospital drama parody that brings together hiphop legends Dr Dre, Snoop Dogg, 50 Cent, and even Eminem, who's only ever engaged in this kind of tomfoolery in his own music videos.
Eminem: You only get one shot. (holding up a syringe)
50 Cent: One shot? I've been shot nine times!
Eminem: That's a weird flex, but... alright...
