During her performance at the beginning of the film Lorelei can totally spot from the stage (!) that Gus has something inside his pocket. - her engagement ring, quite accurately.
Dorothy: You know, I think you're the only girl in the world who can stand on a stage with a spotlight in her eye and still see a diamond inside a man's pocket.
Lorelei: Excuse me, but what is the way to Europe, France?
Dorothy: Honey, France is in Europe.
Lorelei: Well, who said it wasn't?
Dorothy: Well... you wouldn't say you wanted to go to North America, Mexico.
Lorelei: If that's where I wanted to go, I would.
Gus is concerned with Dorothy's Really Gets Around tendencies and tells her to behave during her trip with Lorelei.
Gus: Dorothy Shaw, you're supposed to be the chaperone on the trip!
Dorothy: I'm here to make sure nobody else has any fun- but nobody chaperones the chaperone, that's why I'm so right for the job!
The maître accepts bribes from the gentlemen to have sit at the same table of the girls. Lorelei shows up to ask for a certain guy to sit at her table (an eligible bachelor for Dorothy) but she can't pay the maître. Quite smugly she makes a subtle threat to dine in her room for all the trip. The maître has no choice to abide.
The shot where Lorelei’s butt struggles to fit through the porthole, clearly too big to fit.
Every single word out of Henry Spofford III's (played by George Winslow) mouth.
Dorothy pretending to be Lorelei in court (and doing a pretty decent impression of her), topped off by breaking into a rendition of "Diamonds are a Girl's Best Friend" as a distraction.
