Main Story
- In Chapter 2, Shirou tactfully points out Morgan's ogling of him while he was changing clothes. She responds that she's seen many men naked, and he's nothing special.
- In Chapter 5, an exhausted Shirou returns to Morgan's carriage post-duel, where he walks in on her in the nude. He immediately steps back out, only for her to yell at him.Morgan: What are you doing?! Get back in here!
Shirou: [panicking] BUT MY LADY—
Morgan: COME BACK IN HERE RIGHT NOW! - Chapter 6 has them returning to the castle, where little Mordred is waiting in the hall. Shirou, to his confusion, finds her rather adorable with her toothy grin.Mordred. Cute. This was going to be weird.
- When Morgan is having an important discussion with King Arthur and Queen Guinevere, she has Mordred sat on her lap, and plays with her cheeks adorably.The quiet little murmur of, "I'm gonna tell Papa you were bullying me again", went ignored.

- "Chaldean Antics" has Shirou, Morgan, and Mordred as Heroic Spirits summoned by the female Ritsuka in the Ruler, Caster, and Archer classes, respectively.
- Morgan is the first to appear. After stating her class, she tells Ritsuka that the mage better hurry up and summon Shirou, if she knows what's good for her.
- Next is Mordred, already planning mischief and advising Ritsuka not to tell Shirou about it, but...Morgan: [materializes] I'll make sure he finds out.
Mordred: MOM PLEASE NO. - Morgan and Mordred with Ritsuka in the summoning room. They happen to be holding signs airport-style that say "Daddy Come Home" with hearts drawn on them in different places—Mordred's after "Home," Morgan's after "Daddy." Ritsuka finds it a little annoying.
- Then, when Shirou is summoned, Morgan interrupts him mid-introduction. Mordred promptly covers Ritsuka's eyes and leads her away to look for candy.Morgan: NOOKIE!
- Mordred and her canon Saber counterpart getting into a brawl. Shirou scolds them both afterward.Canon Mordred: WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS?! When the fuck did this happen?!
Mordred: Wow, you're even more ornery than I am! You really need to spend more time with Papa.
Canon Mordred: OH THAT'S FUCKING IT— - Shirou and EMIYA having an informal Cooking Duel for Morgan and all the Arturias.
- Morgan telling off Arturia, Saber Lancelot, Gawain, and Bedivere in the library for stalking her. The knights vanish, leaving the sisters at the mercy of a certain clumsy librarian.Murasaki: [generating a mana aura] Please be quiet in the library!
- Shirou likewise being distracted from reading by Ishtar, Pārvatī, and Arturia.
- Canon Mordred's response to Shirou's summary of the main story's events.Canon Mordred: So, let me get this straight. Instead of having me commit the rebellion against my Father, you and my Mother fell in love, you basically adopted me, and you staged a war against Father so you could try to convince her to abandon Camelot in favor of living an extremely long life—because you love her.
Shirou: That's the basics, yes.
Canon Mordred: And you taught Your Me how to use a bow, and basically gorged her on sweets, good food, and paternal affection.
Shirou: You could say that, yes.
Canon Mordred: [walks away] THIS IS BULLSHIT.
