SNK's localization team in the '90s was...unconventional, to put it diplomatically. Some of the win quotes from Fatal Fury 2 and Special are absolutely absurd.
Terry: Wubba, wubba, I'm in the pink today, boy!
Geese: Die like your father, you pin-headed son of an icecream maker!
In Fatal Fury 3, mini-avatars representing your characters sprint about a world map to head to the next fight. Bob Wilson's, however, spins on his head like a wacky helicopter to get to his destination. Geese, meanwhile, gets chauffeured.
Occasionally on Terry's stage in Special, Kim can be seen flying in the background like he has some kind of invisible jetpack.

Anime

Krauser has several funny lines.
Krauser: (while handing Joe his ass) Joe. This is a hotel. Please try to keep the noise down.
Krauser: Joe. Once again you are being far too loud. Die quietly, please, or I shall have to ask you to leave.
Terry, drunk as a skunk, beats up four men much larger than him, knocking out the first one with one punch. When the cops arrive, he's sitting calmly on a park bench and lets out an Alcohol Hic.
Jubei is a gold mine of funny moments.
