In his 4th episode, Grian creates what he calls the oldest trick in the book: a trap consisting of four iron doors, a pressure plate inside, and two blocks of obsidian on top and below to prevent the idiot who fell for the trap from breaking out. Somehow, two people — Mini and Jimmy — manage to fall for the trap within a week.
Even better, this trap is only meant to be mildly annoying (since iron doors take a long time to break in this version of Minecraft). However, since Grian is a moderator, he was able to build it in the spawn chunks, where nobody can break any blocks at all. Grian didn't even realize until Mini had to message him for help.

Mini tries to contract Grian to help him build a roof for his bunker. Grian ignores this… until he subcontracts Tomohawk to do the job for him for lower pay.

At the start of his 22nd episode, the Watchers are found to have covered Grian's chests with obsidian because he took more items than allowed at their tower. Grian proceeds to call this "evil" and "devious"... then laments that he should have pranked someone else with this earlier.
The fact that Jimmy actually falls for Grian's secret bunker trap isn't that funny, but the funny part revolves around how the trap is set up: the bait is a rumour about how there are valuables hidden behind the eyes of the Grian mural in the bunker. There are two ways of setting off the TNT, one by walking on the obvious stone pressure plates on the floor, and the other is by mining the eye on the mural, which sends off a redstone signal to detonate the TNT. Grian intended for the victim to notice the pressure plates and set it off by mining the mural. Jimmy, being Jimmy, completely misses the very first pressure plate in the doorway.
Following the above, once Grian gets down to the bunker to explain the entire set-up, Jimmy tells him not to tell "the Chief" or he's going to get kicked off the Force. Grian quite gleefully tells him that Martyn has already heard the rumour and saw through it immediately.
