    First Main Story
  • In Chapter 3-8, Freddy stupidly reveals the location of where Sieg is being held. He blames Brynn for making him reveal that info, even though she never did anything.

    Second Main Story
  • Almost the entirety of Chapter 8, which involves the player, Sachiko, and Tevor playing at the Golden City casino in a long (and tedious) game of Draw & Guess.
    • In general, Tevor gets fed up more and more as new rounds of the game come up in every floor they get to, criticizing the man hosting the event if he's even an adult. It doesn't help that he tends to overthink things guessing drawings or he's really awful at drawing (and picking him to draw is always going to be a wrong choice).
    • The first game takes off in a rough start:
      • If the player is picked, he draws a grape on a grapevine, which to Tevor looks like a stolen necklace.
      • If Sachiko is picked, she draws an elephant, to which Tevor believes is a dog with a runny nose.
      • If Tevor is picked, he draws a row of nesting dolls, but the others guess that they're either statues or smiling people shrinking one by one.
    • The second game:
      • If the player is picked, he draws a chicken laying an egg and tries to get the point across by drawing the chicken's comb. Tevor overthinks the hints and the bad drawing as a boat being on fire with the egg drawing being a lifesaver.
      • If Sachiko is picked, she draws a piranha and a person flailing their arms. Tevor thinks it's some kind of metaphor (the fish and bird should never meet).
      • If Tevor is picked, he's told to draw a Sphinx, and believes he's got it in the bag since that's from where he draws his powers from, though he also draws a pyramid for more context. This proves to be extremely disastrous because both the player and Sachiko give up on guessing when they come to the wrong conclusion that it looks like a smiling cat after leaving a huge pile of poop.
    • The third game is even more harrowing as Tevor is the only one drawing in a relay style that gets lost in translation among the player, Xuan Pin, and Sachiko:
      • His first drawing involves drawing a high heel. The player thinks it's a slide. Xuan Pin draws a very detailed slide with happy kids. And Sachiko only gets the answer right because she mentions the slide sort of looks like a high heel.
      • The second drawing is a mudslide. However, Tevor's drawing looks like some sort of weird-looking food, which Xuan Pin draws in high detail as soup in a bowl. Sachiko is grossed out by the combination and describes it as a mudslide.
      • The third drawing is far more insulting to Tevor because he's told to draw "fate" and believes the casino is trying to ensure they don't win the diamond chip, so he tries to get that across by drawing a hand chocking a person as in "take fate by its throat" but also draws music notes around it. The player thinks the open mouth looks like a beak, so he thinks it's a hand strangling a chicken with music around it (thinking that some slaughterhouses play music for chickens so they are tender after getting slaughtered). Xuan Pin is utterly confused and draws a slaughterhouse with a pianist in it...and yet Sachiko is able to say the right word because seeing the slaughtered chickens was fate meant to happen. At this point, Tevor can't believe the obscene luck they had through Sachiko.
    • The kicker of all this is that Alexa truly believed that the duo getting Tevor to assist them was going to make the games too easy for them to pass.
    • There's also the fact Xuan Pin shows off her highly professional drawings with Mateo being the subject. For some reason, the second picture is of him working out while shirtless, but no one comments on it probably because she browsed that drawing quickly.
  • After making it to Alexa, Tevor tells the duo that he always had a way to get Alexa to talk without needing a diamond chip. So once they meet her, he tries to blackmail her with an embarrassing picture...which Tevor at first screws up by showing a picture of when he was turned into a normal cat and Hilda stroke his chin lovingly, embarrassing himself. No one but him understands what the photo is about, but Sachiko wrongly assumes it was Tevor as a child.
    • He then does bring up the right photo, which is a photo of a novel website for young ladies, with a mysterious missing gold-medal creator who wrote works titled "Sorry, I Cheated", "Picking Up School Hunks", and "99 Stolen Kisses." We're not told much, but it causes Alexa's face to turn bright red and begs Tevor not to divulge the photo. Both the player and Sachiko are both terrified of Tevor for it.
    • Alexa reveals that she had already changed her old pen name for her own name to ensure she wouldn't be blackmailed for it, but she's still made fun of by Abigail for it, much to her dismay.

    Events

Desperado

  • The introductory chapter involves Brewster and Lu Yi within a Miracle fighting off Miramon, which ends with Brewster blowing everything - and Lu Yi - up.
  • The Maze of Memories has several actions that involve Brewster either being an ass to Lu Yi or blowing stuff up.
    • To relieve him from stress, he has to drink beer.

Dreams Afar

  • Like Brewster's Maze of Memories, the Fatum Sisters have to travel through the Idol Star Road. Eventually, by the third road, a stress-like gauge - exhaustion - unlocks. If it empties out, the girls' chibi sprites will start sporting Exhausted Eye Bags.

Dusk & Dawn

  • When it's time to find out who's responsible for Tabaton's mysteries, Leora can be forced to pick three options that bring up Cory and his treatment. This earns her a Death Glare from Ye Suhua, and then Leora explains that "for a joke to work, it needs to be said three times." Though, by the second time, she admits that she sucks at humor.

Beard Contest

  • The whole event being a surprise collaboration with Markiplier, complete with Mark himself standing in for Discboom at the Bounty stand. What makes this funnier is that the fact Mark’s appearance in the game was not advertised in the notices or patch notes, catching many players off guard when they opened the new update and saw a spacesuit-clad Mark partying in the lounge.

Sands of Guilt

  • All of the humor comes from Tang Xuan's message history and his Swiftspace account:
    • Tevor seems to have gotten very annoyed by Ethan and his All-Trades Agency that he boasted that, unlike Ethan's agency having cats around, any clients coming to the detective agency can have an actual helpful cat.
    • Malik's sudden need to mention a bad dad joke about screwdrivers.
      • Then The Reveal that he's a huge closet Destiny's Kiss fan and pleaded Tang Xuan to get autographs from the sisters since they like to visit the Union.
    • Tang Xuan's stolen communicator leads to his followers worrying that something bad happened to him. In Tang Yun's case, he makes it clear he didn't kidnap him, but he will hogtie Xuan for the trouble he caused.

    Character Episodes

Freddy (Fenrir)

  • Freddy's duel for the King of Shades against Unky Chai. Instead of being violent about it, he actually relents to Unky Chai's shades being superior to his.

Gaius (Zeus)

  • Gaius's stubborn attempts to get a buzz cut from Chloe every three days because of his military teachings, which leads to her clientele getting scared of him and rumors made about Chloe only being able to do buzz cuts.
    • Then after she has seemingly succeeded in convincing him to come back at least a few weeks later to cut more than an inch of his hair, he has the audacity to show up three days later while it's raining.

Leora (Athena)

  • David becomes incredibly jealous of Leora hogging all the spotlight from the newspapers while there's no mention of his actions. This eventually has him realize that Leora works very early in the morning but he can work late in the night...though she also does that because of her time in the Shadow Decree. David himself becomes tired from exhaustion from overworking himself and then wakes up at an infirmary, noticing that his phone has notifications on an article with him in it. Excitedly, he finds out that...the news article showed Leora carrying his tired self on her arms, getting lauded by her goodwill. He gets pissed off.

Abigail Saunbert (Frigga)

  • Her attempts to enter Evening Sounds' bar are fruitless because the bouncer doesn't buy for a second she's old enough to enter, even thinking her ID was falsified. Celine is so embarrassed by this and takes her out for dinner the next night to make up for the misunderstanding, until the restaurant's host mistakes Celine for Abigail's mother and gives Abigail a box of chocolates for children. Days later, Abigail decides to look more mature by simply getting rid of her ribbon-laced shoes.

Embla (Ymir)

  • Hyde wants Embla to rally the Shadow Decree members with a speech, but she has absolutely no interest in it, so he goads her into coming because there will be milk pudding to serve. She comes.
    • Then there are her attempts to serve herself pudding but she keeps getting interrupted by her adoring subjects, all while Hyde is giving her silent signals to socialize.
  • Hyde has Embla try to socialize with their subjects. This has disastrous consequences because Embla is incredibly creepy and dreadful to be with.
    • By the end, Hyde is exasperated that there have been a lot of people resigning from the organization because of Embla lacking any sort of sympathy for them. What takes the cake is that some who quit went as far as taking a Heel–Face Turn as an excuse.

Yuuhime (Izanami)

  • In one side story that takes place at a bathhouse, Li Guang takes note of Yuuhime’s well groomed hair and asks for some tips on how she maintains it. After struggling to follow the instructions that Yuuhime left for her, Li Guang tracks her down to ask for a demonstration so that she can make sure she’s doing it right. Turns out that Yuuhime conveniently forgot to mention that she uses her twelve extra arms to help her with her hair, something that catches poor Li Guang completely off-guard.
  • In another one, Yuuhime amazes her coworkers, who are astonished at how stoic she is under pressure while constantly saving them from Miramon, making one of them think if she gets surprised by anything. Turns out there is one thing that makes her react as a weakness: expensive ice cream.

    Character "Reviews"
  • In general, any time a "review" decides to thirst for a specific Esper, followed by the more religious players speaking their minds.
  • Calling most of the gorgeous women in the game lesbians or queer icons.
  • Players complaining about how young in age certain "old" characters are.
  • Calling Bardon Superman or Beyblade.
  • All the complaints about Mona's archer lines.
  • Jiang Man being described as pro ana.
  • Eira's reviews are mostly just from people who paid a dollar to get her from the Welcome Pack.
  • The mystery behind Chloe's belt halo and her opening line being made fun of for how it's pronounced.
  • Most of all of Chalmers' reviews are just quotes from The Simpsons.
  • Sienna is compared to a green-haired James Charles.
  • The age of the Fatum Sisters not being 18 but rather being the complete sum of 6 for each one of them.
  • Lukas's unfortunate glaring crotch and all the phallic jokes about it.
  • Generally, any Shimmer Legendary will get inevitable comments about players never getting them due to their rarer pull rates than other non-Shimmer Legendaries.
  • People complaining about Xuan Pin's very long attack descriptions and refusing to read her "essays."
  • Archibald was immediately subjected to even more Jojo jokes due to his Kakyion-like hair, and...well, the Coco jokes writing themselves.
  • Since everyone knows the Review section is almost filled with players getting really thirsty for any decently-attractive Esper, many started to joke that Valeria would hunt people down if she saw the "reviews" for her brother Liam.

    Miscellaneous
  • Djoser's summoning animation involves him carefully cooking an all-natural dish before excitedly pounding it with a roar.
  • Nicole's summoning animation shows her...on her phone, chatting, and destroying it because on an online board spreading false gossip (perhaps about her).
  • Emma's summoning animation shows her waking up like an adorable baby before she goes nuts tries to smack someone with her cudgel.
  • Any time someone shows a Legendary Shimmer Esper gotten from Echo spins, expect the rest of the chat to be hilariously passive-aggressive towards the lucky player.
  • China's promotion featured Jin Qiu heavily promoted, and the developers themselves commissioned very risque art of him with Javid. Months later, once Javid's Path of Experiences opened up, his final battle test requires Jin Qiu to be in the player's possession despite the fact the two of them never met each other in the game proper.
