Then where is his pee being stored right now?

Just because alien weirdos and supernatural horrors are running amok doesn't mean there's nothing to laugh about.

  • In general, the entire plot kicked off because Okarun's genitals were stolen by spirits. The series does not let him off easy about this embarrassing occurrence. And even after they go through a fierce fight to retrieve Okarun's penis, he then finds that his testicles are still missing.
  • Turbo Granny is definitely creepy at first sight... but then she starts speaking.
"I'll let you suckle my titties if you let me gobble your schlong."
  • The opening of Chapter 25. So, Momo, Okarun, and Aira just survived a trip one dimension over into a pocket space where the walls, floor, and ceiling of their school were all turned into gravity-defying water. They outwitted and outfought Serpoians, an ABBA-singing Ultraman reference, and Nessie-with-a-breath weapon, only for Okarun and Momo to end up in an exhausted, sodden heap smack-dab in the middle of the hallway, during class, in front of their classroom window, bare-ass nekkid. (Okarun's clothes got shredded by the Serpoians, while the girls shed most of their clothes to cut down on water resistance. And other reasons.)
    • Momo's friends later reveal that theory as to how the three ended up naked in the middle of the hallway was that Momo and Aira decided to have skimpy gladiatorial combat over who gets to date Okarun. Momo and Okarun can only react by staring ahead into space as they listen.
  • Chapter 27: The Shrimp Alien, after getting rescued from his injuries by the main cast, spills that he's working with the Serpoians so that he can earn money to help his sickly child who bleeds often. When it turns out that his species' blood is identical to cow milk, Seiko links him up with a dairy farmer to borrow a cow for his son's blood transfusions. The punchline comes as a double-page spread of the alien's ship beaming up the cow.
  • During Chapter 31 as the characters discuss what to do with the sentient mannequins Taro and Hana, Jiji tries to play with Turbo Granny/Cat, who proceeds to drop kick him and scratch his face. No one reacts to it and Jiji doesn't seem to mind.
  • In order to exorcise the Evil Eye, the gang needs the assistance of Hayashi performers for the ritual. In chapter 52, said performers arrive, posing dramatically, in elaborate heavy metal-esque costumes and makeup. Their performance rocks so hard that Momo, Okarun, and Aira's bowing needed for the exorcism looks more like headbanging!
    • When the performers first show up, they dramatically introduce themselves. Since they look nothing like what one would've expected Hayashi performers to look like, Momo angrily shoos them off, thinking they're a bunch of annoying metalheads butting into a serious situation. The band graciously attempt to leave immediately without fuss before the mixup is resolved.
  • Chapter 54. Momo has picked up a part-time job at a maid café. Her friends, Kei and Mii, drag Okarun there against his vocal protests and proceed to give them both loads of petty grief. Okarun and Momo blush a lot. Momo, in public, has to sing a little song while pouring tea and cap off the whole experience with a finger-heart-boosted "moe-moe" beam. She does not enjoy this.
    • There's also this:
Maid: Miss Ayase! Be more courteous! And speak clearly!
      Momo: Yes, ma'am...
      [Beat]
Momo: Welcome to our establishment, you sack of shit.
[Okarun Face Faults from Cuteness Overload]
  • Chapter 63: Momo is forced to take care of the Evil Eye when he takes control of Jiji’s body at school. As the day goes on, it becomes very clear to Momo that the Evil Eye really is just one big temperamental child, pestering Momo to buy him food and drinks when he’s not playing around.
  • Chapter 90: Okarun's down for the count after getting trounced by alien invaders, but the rest of the gang still need to get in a training arc to prepare for the next wave. One of the Serpoians tells them about a facility that could help, but they need to move fast and none of them are old enough to drive. The solution? Reconfigure the memory-material house into a vehicle.
    • Attempt 1: A bicycle!
      • Result: A bicycle the size of the house it was made from (with Okarun hanging out of the basket).
    • Attempt 2 (inadvertent): A kitten!
      • Result: A kitten the size of the house it was made from (with Okarun hanging out of its mouth).
    • Attempt 3 (inadvertent): A mish-mash of Aira's date fantasies (car ride -> cake -> making out)!
      • Result: A mess the size of the house it was made from (with Okarun hanging out of a giant pair of lips on the cake).
    • What makes the kitten one especially funny is that in some panels, you can see one in the background.
      Momo: There was a cat!
  • Chapter 122: Following a conversation largely composed of verbal evasion, Momo is determined to discover if Okarun saw the note she left with his power-up currynote  during the previous arc note . Taking the direct approach, Momo "puts the lie detector" on Okarun and presses her ear to his chest to listen to his heartbeat. Okarun, a shy lad under the best of circumstances, nearly leaves his body behind (again) as he simultaneously freezes up and panics.
