  • Secret of the Oracle:
    • The reveal that the Gnostic Elder you find in "The Pyramid of the Forbidden" is actually just a janitor. Keen's face after the man asks him if he's not mad about this reveal is what really sells it.
    • One of the Gnostic Elders is trapped under water in the "Well of Wishes" level. As such, the standard message you get when rescuing one of them is replaced by one that makes it pretty clear the guy has trouble speaking while under water.
Gnostic Elder: Ggoh thig you sogh mg fgor regscuing mgge! I'gll regur tgo the Goracle chagber igmediatggely. *Blub*.note
    • In the ending, the Elders surround the Oracle machine with their arms outstretched, as if they're performing a ritual. Meanwhile, out of Keen's view, another Elder flips a lever to turn it on. When it doesn't immediately activate, he wonders if it's broken.
  • The Armageddon Machine:
    • Normally the ending narration after winning the game shows the Shikadi abandoning the Omegamatic and retreating back to their own galaxy in their ship. However, if the player visits the Bonus Level "Korath III Base", and completes this level not by using the official exit, but by locating a hidden fuse and destroying it, the ship is crippled and you get a slightly alternate ending narration in which the Shikadi are detained for double-parking.
    • One of the breakable fuse devices has a coffee dispenser in it, stirring a cup of coffee, along with Standard Galactic Alphabet text that translates to "Insert Coin". This on a device designed to destroy a galaxy.
