  • The first intro sequence, done in '90s TV ad style.
  • The ending of Underrated Action Movies features a mash-up between Caddyshack and Speed 2: Cruise Control.
  • Tony Corpses when he pretends that Speed 2: Cruise Control is his choice for an underrated action flick.
Justin: People came to us for underrated action films, and it can't be 50% Speed!Note
James: Can I just say: We did too much Speed.
  • Joysticks, mainly for the story where James put the bootleg Joysticks DVD in his PS3 that had a paper label on it, which ruined the disc and prompted James to open his PS3 to clean it.
James: This movie can go fuck itself.
  • Mike trolls the group in "Underrated Horror Movies" by listing a bunch of non-serious choices, such as The Exorcist (not underrated by definition), Bela Lugosi Meets a Brookyln Gorilla, The Ape Man, and The Monster and the Girl. He finally admits he's just messing with them.
Justin: Jesus, Mike, it's fuckin' "trick or treat", not "seven tricks and no fucking treats!"
  • For the series' one year anniversary, they had a special cake made... which contains a giant eyeball that they'll have to stab to cut the cake.
Tony: (to Justin) Oh you son of a BITCH!
    Justin: A stabbing eyeball cake.
Tony: Oh, you're such a DICK! Oh, come ON! (...) I hate you so goddamn much. (...) It even says "Stabbing Eyeballs". Goddamn it!
  • When discussing Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1990) ”, James told a story about how he went to the first two movies at a drive-in theater; since it was late when the second movie started, he decided to head home partway through but he still kept the radio on so he could hear the movie for a while. At one point the movie radio station's and another station's signals got mixed, resulting in a pop song playing and Shredder shouting "BABIES! THEY'RE BABIES!" simultaneously. Sadly, he wasn't recording at the time, but the way he described it was still funny.
  • James's amused expressions while Tony and Kieran had a prolonged fanboy argument over which Jurassic Park sequel was superior.
    • This moment:
    Tony: The airplane scene!
    Kieran: That scene sucks BALLS!
  • The couple instances where Macaulay Culkin plays a surly employee who is rude to the customers.
Justin: (holding a gumball machine) Hey, I'm here to return this. I stole it. But apparently, it's all plastic. And I broke my teeth. (Beat) You look familiar. Were you in My Girl 2?
Macaulay: ...The fuck do you want.
    Justin: It really-
    Macaulay: Take it.
Justin: ...Helps the feng shui of my apartment.
Macaulay: (shoos him out) Just take it. Just take it.
  • When reviewing Blade Runner:
Justin: There's also a lot of "Frankenstein's Monster coming to kill the creator", (turning to Tony) by gouging its eyes out.
Tony: (hurriedly, as if to change the subject) Yeah I know.
  • While the "Han shot first" controversy has been referenced to death, the skit at the beginning of the Samurai Cop review had some fresh material, especially the deliberately bad special effects when Kieran digitally moves out of the way.
  • In their review of Kazaam, Tony gave an aside to the audience to stop sending him stabbed eyeballs. He then mentioned that he told his optometrist about this phenomenon and the doc just laughed.
  • In their review of Mortal Kombat: Annihilation, they relentlessly mock the film's cheap special effects, and at one point, they discuss how any of them could have made this exact movie with very limited resources. There's a bit of Hilarious in Hindsight here - when the Nostalgia Critic did his review of the film roughly a decade prior to this video, he mentioned how the effects were "so lame, even The Angry Video Game Nerd could pull them off."
  • James, Kieran and Justin trying a decade-old bottle of Steven Seagal's energy drink at the end of the Under Siege episode. Their reactions range from outright disgust to admitting it's pretty good.
  • When discussing Creed II:
    • Justin is disappointed that the robot from Rocky IV isn't in the movie. Then they go off on a tangent about how you can buy the robot in real life... for almost $400,000.
    • When talking about how Creed lost the first fight, James was running through possible outcomes in his head and the craziest one he came up with is that Creed dies, so Rocky has to come out of retirement and fight both Dragos!
  • Event Horizon: James told about watching the film with his young daughter and accidentally pausing on some of the most gruesome scenes when his wife and older daughter walks in.
James: Get it off! Get it off the fucking screen!
  • The final episode, Crazy VHS Tape Cover Art, has some doozies, especially the vintage film theater poster for Predator, a booleg cover for something called Sean Connery vs. The Cock, Uninvited (1988), and Fowl Play.
    • Plus the whole discussion between Kieran and the rest regarding the original VHS cover art for The Little Mermaid (1989), with Tony claiming Kieran's a conspiracy theorist by saying it was done on purpose.
    • A cover from Metamorphosis has a guy getting stabbed in the eye:
Tony: (matter-of-factly) I will never watch that movie for as long as I live.
  • Tony leaves the Bloodsport review at the beginning to compete in a Kumite tournament. A few minutes in, Kieran gets a text from Tony, saying he won his first match and that he killed his opponent in the process.
James: We're friends with a murderer now?
  • In the Leprechaun/Leprechaun Returns review, Tony asks Justin why he hates the first Leprechaun- Justin nonchalantly replies "I hate the Irish."
