Running Gags:
- Him accidentally activating the "Wow, this looks pretty heavy!"-type of messages.
- "HELLO! I'm fine, and you?"
- When he enters the phone booth, he takes a little jab at some common arguments against The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks:"Wait a second. A phone, modern technology, in my Zelda? Yeah, all this does is show how stupid that argument was that Spirit Tracks automatically sucks all because it has a train in it. Zelda's always had random out-of-place technology, on with the video!"
- His response to the "Wow! This is a nice chest!"-line:"Um... Link? That's not Marin— ok, no, I shouldn't say that."
- The game throwing a wrench into his plan of destroying pottery:Chugga: "ohmygod, pottery, must destroy—!"Game: "Wow! This looks pretty heavy! You won't be able to lift it with your bare hands..."
- Chugga knows that some commenters plagued by Arbitrary Skepticism have in the past refused to believe he can record off a DS, so he briefly pauses the game and shows the 3DS select screen to prove it.
- He tries to play the Trendy Game, but doesn't have enough rupees:Chugga: CUT! (jump cut to him standing in the same spot, but with 10 Rupees) I don't know what you're talking about! I definitely have enough Rupees to play!
- Him talking about the German lines the Cukemen got in the original black and white version of the game, and his rather flustered reaction to the last one.Emile: He says "Do you have any sorrows, hardships or problems?" Sounds kinda normal. Next he says "Stop the War! Give Peace a Chance!" Y'know, nothing unusual there. Next he says "Give me your juice, I'll give you mine..." I'm not making this up. And the final thing he says, I will display the exact text on the screen in case you don't believe me. He says "Never without a condom!" *chuckle* Ummm... I can kinda see how they thought that'd be good advice, but it's a little bit out of place in a game intended for children, I dunno... maybe it's just me that thinks that but, I dunno, I always kinda felt that to be really out of place"
- Him dying in Tail Cave, the very first dungeon!Emile: ARE YOU SERIOUS!?
- Amusingly, this mirrors fellow Let's Player JoshJepson, who also played through this game on his channel, and also died in Tail Cave.
- When he goes on a quest for bananas, he calls them "BANAAAAANAAAAAS!" and then pretends not to know which LPer he's referencing.
- Chugga talking about all the hidden secrets in the game at the end of the video, in particular, the Escalating Punchline as it goes to different language versions of the game.
- Mentioned below is the "Game Over" photo, and the way Chugga acts out getting it is hilarious. He starts out with his usual bombastic Big "NO!", each time the photographer keeps asking, it loses more and more ham — then gets it all back again when he moves to a squeaky, fearful voice for the last refusals, to where he's barely audible for the last refusal, and reads the Photographer's lines more and more angrily with each refusal, almost like he's having Ham-to-Ham Combat with himself! And losing!
- The LP curse takes effect as he dies in the bonus dungeon two times, nearly three due to the fairies from the mini-bosses wandering where he can't reach them.
- He fails so much in the Color Dungeon that he ends with the photo entitled "Game Over", which shows Link right after he has been beaten up by the Photographer.
- And the LP curse strikes again. Chugga mentions that Angler's Keep is the easiest level in the game, and so, he didn't consider a practice run for that dungeon. Cue Chugga falling constantly into pits and water, and forgetting things, like equipping the Roc's Feather in a room. At least he didn't get a game over this time around.
- "Walking seizure pig-nose."
- He gushes over how cute the miniboss, Smasher, is. Then he gets embarrassed.Chuggaa: Wow. I am so sorry...
- At the end of the video, he walks into a room and does his usual outro. Then four Wizzrobes appear...Chuggaa: OH GOD WIZZROBES!
- Chugga points out how the main mechanic of the Eagle Tower — namely destroying pillars with a wrecking ball so the tower collapses while you're inside it — would be an incredibly stupid thing to do in real life.
