absolutely beautiful btw
The show's offbeat tone and wacky contestants, as usual for object shows, can lead to some pretty funny moments.
Episode 1
- The Delinquent's apple suddenly gaining consciousness and telling them off for treating it like an object before running away.
- Peanut's southern dialect can lead to some pretty funny expressions.Diddly dang on a ribbly blang!
- Playdoh'snote ... generous interpretation of how the apple was found. We have a crude interpretation of Hanger right next to literal Handsome Squidward Playdoh.
- Then, Rosey makes the situation even funnier by pointing out how they were literally right next to Daddy Long Legs when they found the apple and could have turned it in then, but just walked back over to brag about it.
- Tissues suddenly establishing he can pause time. This never returns.
- Followed by this interaction:
Playdoh: The slow one has the fruits of our labor!! The fruits.
Tissues: Hehe... I just paused time. - A bit of a Funny Background Event due to the heartwarming tone of the scene, but Kit's apathy while chewing out Pilly is pretty funny.Kit: You just messed up. But like... big time, not little time. Now we're up for elimination and stuff. Greeaat. I thought we were like... cool. But you don't seem very cool anymore.
Episode 2
- Pilly ranting about the dangers of the hallway, then someone brings up the possibility of it being an evil lair and he's immediately on.
- Erasey and Tissues are thrilled by the fact that Erasey had a dream. Tissues decides to recreate it by jumping around, and Erasey is thoroughly impressed.
Episode 3
- The game doesn't accept the challenges to find water or eat dirt, but it allows the challenge to be to bounce an octagon.
- Limey comes on very strong trying to talk to Roomy:Limey: GIVE US YOUR SECRETS-
Kit: (shoving him) Do you know where we can get an octagon? - Playdoh insisting the Recovery Cube will give him an octagon, then being Instantly Proven Wrong.Recovery Cube: YOU ARE A TIRESOME ANNOYANCE.
Episode 4:
- Playdoh's "bountiful leap into the tree".
- Polaroid prints out a picture of a gun to use on Tissues... and it works.
- Better yet, Tissues retaliates with an imaginary missile, which knocks all of The Delinquents out of the tree.
- Record's whole montage of previous advice given to them to put their skills to work, culminating in them jumping over to Playdoh and Erasey... and falling flat on the ground.
