Linna reads in the papers that the authorities are offering the Knight Sabers a substantial cash reward of twenty million yen if they help them out. She ends up blurting the cash amount out for everyone in the Silky Doll to hear.
Lina: Twenty million?!
Nene: Linna!
Linna: I-I mean these panties go for twenty million?
Nene: Oh, BRILLIANT recovery.
Nene and Sylia take the bus...while wearing their hardsuits.
Sylia: You know what they say. Dress for success.
Priss calls Leon on a videophone. Somebody had drawn a mustache on the screen, which Leon is oblivous to, but Priss can't help snickering at.
When Priss introduces Sylvie to Linna and Nene, some guy checks her out in full view of his girlfriend.
Something that seems inconceivable in the 2040 series: Leon startling Nene for the sake of a prank. Nene's big sad eyes suck any fun Leon would have gotten out of it.

Anytime Nene calls Leon "Leon-poo".
Nene and a co-worker discuss what they'd do if the AD Police ever got dissolved. Nene says she'd join the Knight Sabers.
Linna's first meeting with Priss. Priss rides past her, causing Linna to drop her lunch. Enraged, Linna chases after Priss, despite wearing high heels ("stupid frickin' high heels!").
When Linna turns up to work, she's noted to be dishevelled and missing a shoe. As punishment, she's stuck mopping floors, now wearing gumboots.
Nene gets a call about a rogue Boomer just as she stepped out of the shower, which means she's rushing down the street in the first pieces of clothing she could find, complaining about how chilly it is.
Mackie watches Nigel fine-tuning the hardsuits, but never realises that they're meant to be worn by women untl he walks in on the Knight Sabers getting changed. Nene corners him and he reassures her he didn't get a good look at anything...like her pink underwear.
Later on Mackie helps redesign the new hardsuits. Linna shows up proudly wearing the first of them, to which Priss points out her abdomen and a sizable part of her pelvis is transparent. Linna then snaps at Mackie for making the new suits so titillating.
Leon encounters Priss right after she'd discarded her now rogue hardsuit. He remarks that it's a bit chilly for her to be wearing spandex.
Later, after Priss had fought off a swarm of rogue boomers that looked like little clown dolls, Leon remarks that every time they run into each other, Priss is wearing something revealing. Priss then notices that one of the boomer clowns had torn her bodice open.
When the rogue Boomers infest ADP headquarters, the entire building turns into a monster. When Sylia's rescue chopper tries to get close, the building grows a mouth and roars at them, which causes the chopper to meekly back away.
Priss, Linna and Nene all ride the Motoslave at once. Priss complains about the added weight slowing them down, to which Linna and Nene get Cross-Popping Veins. Priss backtracks and says she just meant their hardsuits (which are much lighter than their originals), to which Linna and Nene's Cross-Popping Veins fly off, the sight of which is given two whole shots.
