• Bowsette's excitement when she's told of the Firmamentor; her tail wags like a dog's in her excitement! Also, the way her general is trying his hardest not to give away to her that she's accidentally letting him stare deep down the valley of her cleavage.
  • Bowsette mistakenly assumes her general awkwardly averting his eyes is because of her intimidating presence, and not because he's trying not to look at her prodigious cleavage.
• Bowsette squeeing over the village of mole-people.
• Bowsette telling Jugem she isn't human, only for Jugem to invoke Ain't No Rule in response.
• Bowsette going on a "clothes shopping spree".
• Bowsette's first meeting with Chompy, especially for the juxtaposition between the happiness of the newly transformed Chain Chompette currently snuggling into the Koopa Queen's bosom and Bowsette's growing fear as Jugem informs her over the radio of her proximity to the biggest, nastiest Chain Chomp in the ruins as she puts two and two together.
• The Mood Whiplash as the Firmamentor is activated, suddenly snapping from an almost pornographic functioning sequence to just instantly cutting out as it completes its work. Which results in Bowsette and Chompy being unceremoniously dropped on their butt and their head, respectively. Bowsette complaining about people adding "useless antigravity effects to spellcasting" and the Firmamentor spitting the Super Crown at them as they leave, hitting Bowsette in the head, is the icing on the cake.
• Bowsette's elegant, lady-like way of announcing her presence upon arriving at Koopa Command in Chapter 3:
  (kicking the door open) Mama's home! Who's up for a spanking?!
• Bowsette's disgruntlement at seeing how voluptuous Booette (and then Lady Bow) is compared to herself. Which even leads to her mentally pleading that Jr. didn't wind up similarly endowed when she goes to check on her.
• Toad is ecstatic about being genderbent... until he realizes he just got turned into Toadette, leaving her flatter and plainer even than the transformed Goombas. Something she angrily lampshades when a Goombette shows up.
• Meeting the newly "Peachified" King Boo... who has been turned into an Elegant Gothic Lolita Token Mini-Moe that Bowsette initially mistakes for a kid-aged Boo!
• An eagle-eyed reader will observe in Bowsette's first encounter with Bowsette Junior that the little dragon-turtle-girl has drawn a copy of the classic Doom cover. Which the webcomic's author noted in a subsequent post was completely free-style drawn by Junior, it's not a coloring book!
• Upon meeting Booette, Queen Boo demands that she hand over her boobs, whilst a teary-eyed Booette pleads that they are not detachable.
• Princess Peach is... rather surprised to find out who she will be traveling with to rescue Mario. In particular, just how curvaceous most of them are.
  Princess Peach: They're all Boos? Why is Mario's rescue party full of boobs? I mean Boos.
• Queen Boo makes a heroic effort to stop the assailant attacking the rescue party, slapping her hand on the attacker's chest and casting a Dispel Magic... only to realize that she has wound up with her hands wrapped around a sizable pair of breasts. Her opponent, none other than Valentina, takes it in good stride, and simply mocks Queen Boo for her own respective flatness.
  Queen Boo: Wh-what? I was expecting someone like Baron Brr. Why is a giant pair of tits attacking us?
  Valentina: Are we quite finished? You interrupted my beautiful and flawless spell just to cop a feel before your defeat? I shouldn't blame, though. Look at your feeble bosom. No doubt you wanted to feel your hands full just once before your demise.
  Queen Boo: Sheesh. No need to get personal there lady.
• When Valentina is defeated, Chompy asks if she can eat Valentina's bird hat. Bowsette gives her permission, as this might take a while. Experience has taught her that her prince might be in another castle.
• During the fight between Kamek and Super Mode Jugem, a "Bullette Betty" wants to join in as support. There's just one problem: her new butt is too big for her old cannon, causing her to get stuck. Refusing to be daunted, she instead orders her visibly hesitant cannoneer to grab a ramrod and force her down into a proper firing position. All the latter can do is helplessly shrug and do as she's told.
• The party enters Jugem's castle, but instead of Mario, they find Luigi bound and gagged. Bowsette gets really disappointed, while Queen Boo is very happy and seems to be in love with him.
• The party is able to question Luigi at first, but when Queen Boo reveals she used to be King Boo, he completely freaks out and faints. Bowsette gets really annoyed.
• When Mario is finally freed and prepares to take on the giant Jugem, he takes a Super Mushroom, only be disappointed when he only grows up to Jugem's knee. He shrugs and attacks anyway, as he's fought bigger foes before.
