- During the disastrous dinner, a drunk Nadia keeps trying to give Mrs. Yakamoto advice about filing for divorce, to which Mrs. Yakamoto keeps shouting “I don’t speak English!” from her bathroom stall. But the moment Nadia tells her that she’s entitled to 50% of her husband’s assets, Mrs. Yakamoto opens the bathroom stall and asks, “Fifty percent?” in English.
- Shortly thereafter Nadia announces to the packed restaurant about Mrs. Yakamoto seeking a divorce and reveals Mr. Yakamoto’s net worth of $100 million dollars (the equivalent of roughly $278 million in 2024 money). This leads to several patrons jumping from their chairs and rushing to the ladies room, and Walter’s boss tackling him out of his chair in a blind rage.
