Funny / Black Sheep (1996)

• After getting proof that Gov. Tracy cheated, the two run back to their car.
  Mike: Nothing's gonna stop us now!
  (The car fails to start)
  (Beat)
  Mike: Okay, maybe we could use a little help.
• "KILL WHITEY!!!"
  • Cut to the panicked Rastas backstage yelling "NOOOO, NO!!"
• Sure, you saw it coming a mile away, but it's still funny as hell when Mike's top bunk breaks loose and drops him onto Steve, particularly the latter's whiny "AOOWWW!" as he's crushed by his much larger bunkmate.
• The ending scene with Mike getting himself stuck on the door of his brother's plane as it's taking off down the runway.
• When Mike's tie is trapped in the trunk of the elderly couple's car and he's dragged behind for a bit, they fail to realize why he's still behind them—resulting in the husband commenting that "[[Mike's] all hopped up on crack cocaine!" and his wife yelling: "Floor it Harold!".
• "HELLO WASHINGTON!" The whole scene where Mike swings on the rope, flips in the air and then plunges into the lake—the whole thing is so loud that it dislodges the boulder at the top of the mountain.
• Governor Tracy's Speech:
  Gov. Tracy: The voters have spoken and I have heard their message loud and clear. And that message is...(discovering Mike) holy shit!
• The entire scene with Mike getting pulled over and Steve posing as his "psychotic" prisoner.
  • "Mehoff... Jack".
