  • "Line in the Sand" (episode 61).
    • The BTE crew closes the episode's initial segment by singing "Line in the Sand" by Motörhead (the theme of Evolution) a cappella. At the end of the video, it shows them recording it.
      • At the end of the aforementioned initial segment, "Hangman" Adam Page takes out his shirt for no apparent reason.
    • The BTE crew enlists the help of a limo driver to prank Flip Gordon. Flip is led to believe that a limo outside the arena is meant for him as a "signing bonus", then the BTE crew trap him inside. Matt does his "Where do you think you're going?", complete with color changing screen.
      • In fact, before saying "Where do you think you're going?", Matt first says "Where to, Stephanie?"Explanation
    • An entire wrestling crowd shouts FTR.
  • "The Escape" (episode 72).
    • Hangman Page claims to have been forced to watch all three hours of Raw, *then* SmackDown Live, *then* 205 Live. The first two don't bother the BTE crew too much, but once Page says 205 Live, it prompts outrage and motivation to retaliate.
  • "Bullet Club Invades Raw" (episode 73). Along with parodying the DX invasion of WCW:
    • Cody, standing within walking distance of where his former employer is running a show, inexplicably recites Bill Pullman's speech from Independence Day.
    • One of the fans declares that his tickets to that night's Raw were free.
  • "Possessed" (episode 125):
    • Trevor and Arthur berate James Ellsworth!
    • Christopher Daniels disrupts the SoCal Uncensored town-bashing routine after Flip Gordon calls out Christopher for not originally being from Southern California.
    • Flip superkicks The Young Bucks and Shark Boy!
  • "The Exorcism of Cody Rhodes" (episode 127). An inspired parody of The Exorcist where Cody, playing off rumors that he signed with WWE, becomes "possessed" (including wearing white contact lenses). The Elite calls in Christopher Daniels, in his old "Fallen Angel" gimmick, to exorcise WWE influence from Cody.
  • "Change The Universe" (episode 134):
    • Britt Baker, the first female wrestler to sign with All Elite Wrestling, "confronts" the Young Bucks over their firing of Adam Cole (her real-life boyfriend) from the Bullet Club.
Britt: Thank you, I'm deeply honored, this is amazing. [Beat] But, we're not going to talk about this?
      Nick: Everything okay?
Britt: Really, you don't wanna address the situation? The giant white elephant in the room?
      Nick: What?
Matt: "White elephant in the room"? What are you talking about, Britt?
Britt: Okay, you don't want to talk about the fact that you murdered my boyfriend at
      [cut to opening credits]
    • Scorpio Sky goes to great lengths to avoid Matt Jackson's candy bar Visual Pun Running Gag. During a seemingly innocent conversation over wine with Frankie Kazarian, Scorpio says he has a "case of the snickers". A Scare Chord plays, then Scorpio leaves the bar suddenly, goes to his house, grabs several shirts from his closet, stuffs them in a suitcase, then jumps on a plane and checks into a hotel room. Scorpio looks around the room, and starts to relax when sure enough, Matt is there with a Snickers candy bar.
  • "Filler Episode" (episode 141):
    • Trevor and Arthur ambush The Young Bucks in their hotel room, asking for jobs with AEW.
  • "The World Ain't All Sunshine And Rainbows" (episode 145):
    • Cody recites the speech made by Rocky Balboa in the 2006 film Rocky Balboa to MJF. For context, Cody overheard MJF's insult about him and felt betrayed as Cody had gone out of his way to mentor MJF.
    • Kenny and the Young Bucks watch audition tapes for "The Librarian", a character that (in-storyline) AEW owner Tony Khan insisted be added to the AEW roster. The montage of auditions is cringeworthy, and the BTE crew gripe openly about having to incorporate such a gimmick. That is, until Kenny tells them that Khan said "The Librarian" is on the roster or Kenny and the Bucks are fired.
  • "Dead Friend 1" (episode 148):
    • The BTE crew pick two candidates for "The Librarian" without consulting each other. Cody and Kenny's pick is Leva Bates, Matt Jackson and Christopher Daniels's pick is Peter Avalon.
    • SoCal Uncensored (Christopher Daniels, Frankie Kazarian and Scorpio Sky) discuss an upcoming party that they are hosting on a three-way phone call. The three of them do their "SCU" catchphrase while holding the last "U" note as long as possible. In the midst of the "UUUUUUUUU", a Mundane Made Awesome montage plays of them doing other activities, like Daniels working out and Kazarian taking out the trash.
    • Also worth noting during the segment, Daniels is wearing ring gear in his house while reading a Fantastic Four comic book. Scorpio almost accidentally eats a dollar bill!
  • "We're Not Young Like We Used To Be" (episode 149):
    • Trevor and Arthur's first meeting with the Lucha Bros gets cringeworthy when Arthur says they wanted an English language promo and not the Lucha Bros native Spanish. Trevor tries to reason by saying the Lucha Bros are bilingual. The Luchas kick Trevor and Arthur out of the room.
    • Christopher Daniels's attempt to do a SoCal Uncensored promo with Penelope Ford and Kylie Ray in place of his usual stablemates goes wrong when Kylie, in character as a positive upbeat person, says she loves the town they're in and Penelope says she can't wait to get back to Philadelphia.
  • "Control Room" (episode 158):
    • Christopher Daniels meets with Dr. Britt Baker, who reveals that she's still upset over "March 10, 2017" (the date Daniels won the ROH World Championship from Britt's boyfriend Adam Cole) and that she has a suprise for him: A dick flip from Joey Ryan.
Dr. Britt Baker: [after Daniels closes his eyes] What do you feel?
Daniels: That's weird! It's warm! It's pulsing with energy! [camera zooms out to reveal Daniels is grabbing Ryan's crotch] Is it— I would say it's like an electrical cable, but it feels like meat! What is it, what is it?!
Britt: Well, why don't you look?
Daniels: [opens his eyes, realizes what he's done] Oh no!
[fade to black as a loud thud is heard]
      • During the rest of the video, it cuts back to show Daniels writhing in pain on the floor, selling his back like Peter Griffin sold his knee.
    • MJF orders his manservant Walter to bring him someone to pretend to be Hangman Page (whom he's feuding with) for a sparring match. Walter obliges... bringing him somebody who says in a Simpleton Voice "Duh! I like horses!" What really sells it is the person being introduced with Page's theme, which suddenly stops when he says the aforementioned line.
MJF: [to Walter] I told you not to fuck this up, and yet here we are! I told you to find the most white trash hick you could possibly find on the planet, some lowlife scum-sucker from Virginia, someone who is such a complete white trash scumbag, that they go to a house party, sleep with every single girl there even though it was a family reunion, and this is what you bring me?! I mean, this guy just might as well be from New York compared to "Hangman" Adam Page! [bangs the mat of the ring besides him] Goddamnit, Walter!
      • When Walter gives him some water, MJF spits it back.
MJF: Where'd you get this water from, Walter?! Mexico?! Goddamnit, why do I pay you for?!
        Walter: You don't!
        MJF: Shut up, Walter!
      • Then, when MJF is about to wrestle the stand-in for Page:
MJF: Oh shit! Walter, I totally forgot: Hangman has a bum knee.
        Walter: [off-screen] Sorry, Mr. Friedman!
[Walter comes from off-screen and whacks the Page stand-in on one knee with a steel chair, who falls to the floor in pain]
    • MJF reappears during the "BTE Mailbag" segment dong the most dastardly heel move of all: Shooting a video vertically! ("That's right: Fuck you, Nick!") He doesn't even answer a question as much as read a tweet praising him.
    • Kenny finds some problems when trying to book guest stars for Fyter Fest.
Kenny: Let's go childhood, I talking, um, what's something that everyone still remembers? Full House. I'm thinking Full House. Okay, there's a guy... you know: Jet-black hair, always, y'know, combed it back, he looked like Elvis, everyone here (Present Party included) want to get into his pants, anyone...?
      Staffer: Uncle Jesse?
Kenny: Yes! Uncle Jesse, Uncle Jesse.
Staffer: Uh, yeah, he said you just want to fuck up his brand.
Kenny: [chuckles] Okay, forget Uncle Jesse, I don't like him anyway, um... the funny guy! The funny guy. [does a bunch of weird noises] I love that guy!
      Staffer: You mean Uncle Joey?
      Kenny: Uncle Joey, yes!
Staffer: Yeah, Alanis Morissette said that she's gonna pull out if we have him come over.Explanation
Kenny: Okay, we can't have that, we can't have that. Okay then, the, uh, the woman who... all the kids like, she was a newscaster, and—
      Staffer: Aunt Becky?
      Kenny: Yes!
Staffer: Aunt Becky's going to jail.Explanation
Kenny: ...You just can't catch a goddamn break!
  • "Go Away Heat" (episode 160)
    • The episode begins showing the Young Bucks with a notepad that has "Good Brothers?" crossed out.Explanation
      • The other items on the notepad are also amusing: "Who should we bury?", "Oct 2?", "More comedy?", and "I don't need a partner, I don't need a friend, I need my older brother."Explanation  They later reveal to have another notepad labeled "Long-Term Booking" with the items "Title chase?", "Should Kenny be a jobber?!", and "Ghost?"
    • The Bucks clearly mock the fact that the reception to the Librarians' gimmick wasn't exactly the most positive (even name-dropping X-Pac of X-Pac Heat fame) by having Leva Bates (out of her Librarian gimmick) thanking them for the gimmick, and the Bucks saying that they will give the gimmick a multi-year, "Baron Corbin-like push" (with Corbin's name being clumsily censored) and make it the main event of their TV show on TNT. One of the Bucks proceeds to write it down in big letters on one of the notepads, but only manages to write "LIBRA" before running out of space. ("You get the idea.")
    • At an autograph session, the Bucks notice that one of the fans who comes to them is dressed like Mick Foley, so the real deal himself comes saying that the fan should line up to meet him, before the Bucks point out that fans with Young Bucks t-shirts are lining up to meet him, leading an embarrassed Mick to drop the issue and tell them that they can carry on.
Matt: Have a nice day, man.
  • The Elite and AEW proudly presents, "BTE Story". Words fail us...
  • "We Lied" (episode 181)
    • Trevor and Arthur harrass Jimmy Havoc, note  so Jimmy retaliates by stapling Arthur's hand and giving Trevor a paper cut.
  • "Marty" (episode 187)
    • After a bit of talking on the phone, Kenny tells the Young Bucks he got Marty! Marty Jannetty that is! Oh? You were expecting someone else? Natrually, especially after offering a $650k salary and a VP position, The Young Bucks quickly tell off Kenny and tell him to fire Marty...Which he does...After having to talk to Shawn Michaels for four and a half hours and doing it in front of Marty's kid and not only having to bribe Marty with a million dollars, but also do a guest training session at the Performance Center.
Kenny: Good news! We're not paying Marty $650,000 anymore!
  • "Critical Failure" (Episode 226)
    • The Young Bucks are once again called in by Tony Kahn to pay more fines...Except the fact that Matt had to pay so many fines he's actually run out of money and has to ask Nick to spot him.
    • Matt Hardy sends his kids to the Young Bucks to get autographs and tell them when they start wrestling they'll put them over. Then Nick and Matt rip their autograph and won't put them over. Hardy then goes to the Bucks and... Approves of their Tweener work, before telling them yes, they will put his children over.
  • "Revolution 2021"
    • The Dark Order feels there's nobody that could ever replace Anna. Crashing the party is Maki Itoh with "SURPRISE MOTHERFUCKERS!" and everyone cheering.
  • "Hit By A Truck"
    • Stu Grayson keeps catching glimpses of Anna Jay wherever he goes, but the one time he stops to look for her who does he run into but the Living Dead Girl, Abadon! One creepy head tilt later, both Stu and the cameraman (Brandon Culter) are running for their lives.
  • "Back From The Dead"
    • The Elite holding a seance to bring Adam Cole back from dead. Naturally this goes over well with Christian Young Bucks and the Good Brothers taking the piss on it as both take shots on Kenny after the seance only brings back Sourface.
    • After they all left, suddenly Adam Cole appears...The Adam Cole just before he went to NXT that is. He's very confused in how the hell he missed four years, ended up from California to Chicago, and...
Adam Cole: Why do I taste Monster in my mouth?
  • "Powerbomb"
    • After footage is shown of Kenny, Adam Cole, and the Bucks attempting and botching a quadruple powerbomb on Luchasaurus in their match the previous week, this episode opens with Michael Nakazawa entering the Elite's locker room and Matt pointing out that his shoe is untied. Nak thanks him and bends over to tie it. As he does so, Nick notices that he's in a perfect position to be powerbombed and the four of them decide that this is their chance to make up for their botch and powerbomb somebody correctly...only for Nak to finish and stand back up before they can try it, to their frustration. They try to get him to bend over again by telling him his other shoe's untied, but he can see that it isn't. Cole finally just strolls behind him and gives him a surprise nut shot that doubles him over and puts him back in position. The four of them get ready and, after some initial confusion about whether "On three" means "Do it after the count of three" or "Do it when the count gets to three", they go for it...and can only lift him a bit no matter how hard they strain. And they are all straining HARD, with the camera switching between all of their faces and catching some hilarious expressions.
Kenny Omega: THERE'S FOUR OF US FOR GOD'S SAKE!
Adam Cole: OH FOR THE LOVE OF GOD! WHY IS THIS SO DIFFICULT?! COME ON! COME ON! AHHHHH!
    • Finally all of them give up and let him go. They nurse their aching backs, as Nak turns to the camera and is seen to be Corpsing a second before remembering to hold his balls again and keep selling.
    • Hangman is shown relaxing in bed with his phone, until his wife enters the room to bring him some mail. He opens the envelope and as he begins to read, a voiceover starts:
"Mr. Hangman. This is a letter from AEW H.R. You are hearing your own voice in your head as a way to illustrate that you are reading this letter to yourself. This is a common TV Trope. Your voice is not the voice of the H.R. representative writing you a letter. Do not get confused. You don't work for H.R. And if you did, you probably would've been fired by now. Our records indicate that you have used up your over three hundred hours of P.T.O., as well as four sick days for a reported 'give-a-fuck-ectomy'..."
    • The letter ends with H.R. extending Hangman their "formal invitation" back to AEW, which takes the form of a playing cardnote . Hangman takes it in both hands and looks at it intently. The camera pans around to show the front of the card, which is an anthropomorphic horse, with a gigantic ass, only wearing a thong. The camera looks back at Hangman, who nods stoically, as if filled with newfound determination.
