• Since it's Halloween, the first person Grundy and Silver Banshee bump into happens to be in an Elvis Presley costume.
  "Elvis": ...Zombie wrestler, nice one.
• After Nightwing and Green Arrow are subdued by Scarecrow, he takes a moment to scold Grundy and Banshee. As if he was their father and they were his teenaged kids who'd stayed out past curfew.
• Grundy goes to rob a nuclear power plant, dressed as a pizza delivery guy. He even has his own scooter, which he's two sizes to big to ride. He even gets angry when people don't fall for his Paper-Thin Disguise.
  Grundy: (guards point their guns at him) What wrong? I just pizza man!
  • When Nightwing and Joker first meet, Nightwing had just stunned Grundy while he'd been trying to eat an ice cream cone and used a Pun.
  Nightwing: (just shocked Grundy) Pretty re-volting, a Gundy?
  Joker: Hey! I'll do the jokes around her bird-boy! Now go perch somewhere else!
• While disturbing in context, Green Arrow's comment about the Joker's "laughing virus" effecting Ace.
  Green Arrow: Hold on, is your motorcycle...laughing?
• When Joker commanders Gotham's televisions, he appoints himself king. Making Solomon Grundy Gotham's new "Sheriff", Clayface is made the "Baron of candy and icecream", Silver Banshee is cut off by Joker before she can say anything, and Scarecrow is appointed "the guy who handles everything else".
  • Grundy notes that he happily excepts his new "poison" (meaning position).
  • Clayface flubs his lines and asks for another take.
  • And finally, Joker learns why he should never have put Solomon Grundy in charge of the camera.
• After saving a crowd from Clayface, a kid runs up to Batman for a selfie; he stands there to let the kid take the picture, but never cracks a smile.
  • Later, he then goes to the villains in the police van to get a selfie. Clayface and Grundy put on big smiles for the camera, Banshee is gagged but still seems happy in the picture, and even Scarecrow cracks a grin.
  • At least he had the sense to wait until the action was over to avoid Social Media Before Reason.
• The rehearsals for Joker's viral video. It says a lot when the Joker has to play the Straight Man.
  Joker: It's supposed to be reality! Cinema vérité! And you four are stinking up the joint!
  Silver Banshee: It's not my fault! (Points head to Grundy) He doesn't speak English!
  Solomon Grundy: Grundy not used to pressures of fame.
  Clayface: Well, the industry isn't for everyone. (Stares pointedly at Scarecrow)
  Scarecrow: Me? Please. You're chewing scenery so fast I'm amazed we have any left standing, Fatface!
  Clayface: Hey! Unfair! The camera adds ten pounds!
  Scarecrow: Yes? How many cameras are on you, ten?!
  Clayface: Oh, that is it!
  Scarecrow: Bring It, Claybrains!
  (The two prepare to fight)
  Joker: (Face Palm) You've gotta be kidding me.
• Upon Batman's arrival in cyberspace, Joker decides to turn the Dark Knight into an overweight version of himself, dubbing him as "Fatman". Fatman then attempts to escape. It's really hilarious seeing him flee from an army of Joker clones.
