  • Joker slapping Batman's ass. It's one of the few, if only, genuinely hilarious moments in the book.
    • However, the annotated script says that this particular version of Batman was envisaged as being extremely neurotic and sexually dysfunctional. Consequently, this was meant to be a moment where Batman feels extremely violated, and the Joker shows that he has seen straight through Batman's armour and knows one of his major weaknesses.
  • Professor Milo trying to have a normal conversation with Two-Face only to get Two-Face saying some nonsense about how the moon represents a silver dollar (and then bitching and moaning about his situation) is hilarious in meta way, considering what this comic is like.
  • Grant Morrison recounting how many of the people they showed earlier versions of the script to laughed off the idea of combining Batman with psychological horror and symbolism. And now that the book is considered one of the best Batman books out there...
Grant Morrison: Who's laughing now, @$$hole??
